Mid Remote Posted about 21 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Please read before applying : We review every application carefully, and all fields (including the required 60–90 second video) must be fully completed and relevant; applications that are incomplete or use AI-generated responses will not be considered. If you’re unable to meet these requirements, we kindly ask that you refrain from applying.

Full-time • Remote

At Boldin, we believe financial confidence should be accessible to everyone. Money decisions shape our lives, yet too often people are left without the clarity or tools they need to make informed choices. We exist to change that.

Boldin is a comprehensive financial planning platform that helps people understand their financial picture, make smarter decisions with their money and time, and plan for the future with confidence.

With over $20M raised and strong momentum, Boldin is entering a pivotal phase of growth. This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven team and help shape the future.

About the Role

Video is becoming a core growth and education channel at Boldin.

We are hiring a Video Specialist to build and lead our video engine — from performance-driven acquisition creative to product explainers to founder-led thought leadership.

This role sits within the Brand team and works cross-functionally with Product, Support, Growth, and Leadership to ensure our video content drives clarity, trust, and measurable business impact.

You will own video strategy, planning, and execution. That includes defining priorities, managing the content calendar, producing high-performing creative, and continuously improving results based on performance data.

This is an individual contributor role with significant visibility and leverage. The right person will help define how Boldin communicates complex financial ideas clearly — and how video supports acquisition, product adoption, and long-term brand authority.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own Boldin’s Video Strategy, Planning, and Prioritization

Own the vision, roadmap, and calendar for all video content at Boldin. Determine what we produce, why we produce it, and how it supports user growth, education, and conversion. Coordinate across Growth, Product, and Brand to ensure video is timely, impactful, and strategically aligned.

Lead end-to-end video production across performance, product, and brand — from concept to final edit. Identify emerging content trends and develop brand-relevant concepts. Build a repeatable, scalable video system that supports growth and education.

2. Create High-Performing Short- and Long-Form Video Content

In partnership with our entire team, develop, test, and iterate short- and long-term video for distribute across our owned and earned channels – YouTube, socials, our own blog and marketing site, within the product, and through the press including:

  • CEO thought pieces
  • Translation of our extensive library of articles into video content
  • Financial concept explainers from our CFP® professionals and coaches
  • Product demos
  • Team highlight videos
  • And, more…

3. Create High-Performing Paid Video Creative

In addition to content for our earned and owned channels, we would like your support developing video ads for our paid media. Optimize hooks, pacing, and storytelling based on performance data in close collaboration with Growth.

KPIS + Targets

  • Earned and owned KPIs in organic and paid media.

Professional Expectations

  • Operational excellence
  • Product Activation and Retention

Qualifications:

You are both creative and analytical. You understand how storytelling, design, and performance marketing intersect — and you care deeply about clarity.

You likely bring:

  • 3+ years of professional video production and editing experience (in-house, agency, or creator-led environment) for end users, not B2B.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating:
    • Performance-driven paid ad creative
    • Product explainers or SaaS walkthroughs
    • Expert-led first-person content
  • Experience building repeatable content systems — not just one-off videos
  • An enthusiasm for the potential operational efficiencies that AI enables in this role
  • A track record of improving engagement, retention, or conversion through video
  • Strong instincts around story telling – pacing, hooks, and narrative structure – and platform-native formats
  • Comfort simplifying complex or technical topics into clear visual storytelling
  • Proficiency in professional editing and motion tools (Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, DaVinci, or similar)
  • Familiarity with YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, and short-form formats
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Growth, Product, and Brand teams
  • A bias toward action — able to move quickly without sacrificing quality

Bonus (but not required):

  • Experience in fintech, financial education, SaaS, or consumer subscription products
  • Motion graphics and light animation capability
  • Comfort working directly with founders on camera coaching and content shaping
  • Familiarity with performance dashboards and A/B testing frameworks

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Be able to own video end-to-end — concept, scripting, production, editing, and publishing
  • Operate independently in a fast-moving environment with high accountability
  • Balance creative quality with performance outcomes
  • Be comfortable receiving and incorporating direct feedback
  • Be highly organized and capable of managing a production calendar
  • Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Care deeply about accuracy and clarity — especially when explaining financial concepts

This is an individual contributor role with significant visibility and impact. You must be comfortable working closely with leadership while maintaining strong ownership over your craft.

This is a fully remote position and is intended to be 1099 contract to hire.

Salary Range

$8,000 - $10,000/month DOE

We want to be as inclusive as possible in our hiring process. If you don’t have 100% of what we’re looking for, but feel like you’re pretty close to growing into the role — please still apply. If a candidate has only 80% of the skills but a fantastic attitude and perspective, they might be the perfect fit.

Boldin values the unique perspectives and contributions of all individuals and we strive to foster a diverse and inclusive culture. We encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds, including and not limited to people of any race, ethnicity, or national origin, individuals with differing abilities, members of the LGBTQ+ community, veterans, gender minorities, women and people from underrepresented communities. We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations for applicants with differing abilities throughout the recruitment process. Develops and executes internal communications strategy for all-company forums, change management, and clinical team updates to ensure organizational alignment.

Senior Remote Posted about 21 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About us

Pomelo Care is the leading virtual medical practice for women and children, providing care across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause. We combine proactive, 24⁄7 clinical care with technology that helps us reach patients earlier, identify risks sooner, and deliver personalized care throughout their journey. Our team includes clinicians, technologists, operators, and problem-solvers working together to make high-quality care more accessible for families nationwide.

About The Role:

As the Senior Manager, Internal Communications, you’ll make sure strategy, organizational updates, and operational changes land clearly with the people who need them. This role is built around two responsibilities: making sure clinical and operational updates are communicated clearly to frontline teams, and supporting the recurring communications that keep the broader company informed and aligned.

This role reports to the VP, People and can be based anywhere in the continental US.

What you’ll do:

  • All-Company Communication

    • Own the content strategy, agenda, and speaker prep for all-company forums, including our biweekly org-wide All Hands, quarterly OKR updates, annual company offsites, and other ad hoc forums; ensure content is clear, digestible and impactful
    • Partner with executive leadership, as well as external PR, to support any meaningful company-wide change management needs, ensuring alignment between internal and external messaging
    • Establish a framework to define an appropriate level of communication plan or intervention based on factors such as scale, complexity and sensitivity of the change
    • Act as our company communications air traffic controller; plug in across the organization to ensure visibility into what is rolling out, facilitating thoughtful sequencing and critically solving any problems identified
    • Manage a comprehensive communications calendar to sequence updates deliberately
    • Create resources to empower all individuals across the company to communicate in an impactful, clear way that aligns with our brand voice and expectation
  • All-Clinical Communication

    • Embed fully with the clinical team. Deeply understand them as an audience, their experiences, strategic roadmap, historical challenges, goals, etc.
    • Partner with clinical leaders and their operational dyads early in initiative planning, so communication is built into the rollout from the start; identify opportunities to improve the sequencing of initiatives and related communication to maintain a manageable cognitive load for teams
    • Manage the clinical communications calendar and develop guidelines to ensure that messages are sent to the most appropriate audience through the most impactful channel, so messaging is accessible and clear for all staff
    • Act as the editorial thought partner to our clinical and operational leaders, challenging framing, ideating on message tone, content, forum, etc., and facilitating an effective communications development process across multiple stakeholders
    • For any key communications, take the pen on drafting the messaging, pulling from ongoing context gathered through participation in key clinical forums
    • Provide reflection and feedback on existing rhythms, identifying gaps, opportunities to gather feedback, and improve the overall experience of communications for the clinical team

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications, strategic operations, or executive communications, ideally in a healthcare or clinical environment
  • Clear and direct communicator, verbally and in writing, who defaults to plain language over corporate speak
  • Editorial backbone, with the confidence to challenge senior leaders and flag when a message is buried or unclear
  • Deep empathy; demonstrated understanding of how to write for a diverse audience in a fast-paced professional setting
  • Systems-thinker; able to extrapolate from a concrete task to a template, framework and philosophy
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of managing calendars and multi-channel rollouts without missing a detail

Why you should join our team

By joining Pomelo, you will get in on the ground floor of a fast-moving, well-funded, and mission-driven startup that always puts the patient first. You will learn, grow and be challenged, and have fun with your team while doing it.

We strive to create an environment where employees from all backgrounds are respected. We value working across disciplines, moving fast, data-driven decision making, learning, and always putting the patient first.

  • 16 weeks paid parental leave
  • Fully remote work flexibility (within the US)

Compensation:

The expected base salary range offered for this role is $140,000-$160,000. This role is also eligible for equity, giving you an ownership stake in Pomelo’s mission. Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.

At Pomelo, we are committed to hiring the best team to improve outcomes for all mothers and babies, regardless of their background. We need diverse perspectives to reflect the diversity of problems we face and the population we serve. We look to hire people from a variety of backgrounds, including but not limited to race, age, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, national origin, religion, disability, and veteran status.
