If you’re unable to meet these requirements, we kindly ask that you refrain from applying.

Full-time • Remote

At Boldin, we believe financial confidence should be accessible to everyone. Money decisions shape our lives, yet too often people are left without the clarity or tools they need to make informed choices. We exist to change that.

Boldin is a comprehensive financial planning platform that helps people understand their financial picture, make smarter decisions with their money and time, and plan for the future with confidence.

With over $20M raised and strong momentum, Boldin is entering a pivotal phase of growth. This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven team and help shape the future.

About the Role

Boldin is not just a financial planning platform — it’s a movement. Social is where that movement becomes visible, shareable, and contagious.

The Senior Social Media Strategist is responsible for turning Boldin into a daily, high-value presence in people’s lives — creating content that sparks conversation, builds trust, and drives meaningful engagement across platforms.

This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, culture, data, and distribution. You will own and grow Boldin’s presence across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn — with a mandate to double followers, create viral moments, and materially increase engagement and reach.

You will collaborate closely with Content, Video, PR, Brand, and Paid Marketing to ensure Boldin shows up consistently, intelligently, and memorably across every channel.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and grow Boldin’s social presence

  • Manage and execute posting across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn
  • Develop and maintain a cross-platform content calendar aligned with brand, product, and growth priorities
  • Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all channels

Create high-performing, shareable content

  • Write and produce posts that educate, inspire, and spark conversation
  • Translate financial concepts into clear, compelling, culturally relevant content
  • Identify and execute on trends, formats, and narratives that drive virality
  • Partner with video and design to create engaging short-form and long-form content

Drive engagement and community

  • Actively manage comments, conversations, and community interactions
  • Build a sense of participation, not just broadcasting
  • Develop repeatable formats that encourage sharing, saving, and discussion

Optimize for growth and performance

  • Track and improve key metrics: follower growth, engagement rates, reach, shares, saves
  • Test and iterate on formats, hooks, timing, and messaging
  • Identify platform-specific strategies to maximize performance

Collaborate across teams

  • Work with Content Lead to translate editorial into social-native formats
  • Partner with Video Lead on YouTube and short-form video strategy
  • Coordinate with PR and Brand on campaigns, launches, and narratives
  • Align with Paid Marketing on amplification and testing
  • Support company leadership, amplifying thought leadership

Success reporting

  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on traffic and funnel performance for social channels

KPIS + Targets

  • At least 2-3x growth in followers across all major platforms by year end
  • 3x++ increases in engagement rate (likes, comments, shares, saves)
  • Increased social-driven traffic and brand awareness
  • Creation of repeatable, high-performing content formats
  • Measurable contribution to overall brand and earned traffic growth

Qualifications:

You are a storyteller, strategist, and operator — someone who understands how ideas spread and how to turn content into momentum.

You likely:

  • Deeply understand how social platforms work — not just posting, but distribution dynamics
  • Have strong instincts for what makes content resonate, spread, and convert
  • Are obsessed with clarity — especially when explaining complex topics simply
  • Care about helping people improve their lives, not just capturing attention
  • Think in narratives, not just posts
  • Balance creativity with performance data
  • Are culturally aware and tuned into trends without being gimmicky

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • 4+ years of experience in social media, content, or growth roles
  • Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts with measurable results
  • Experience creating or directing high-performing content across multiple platforms
  • Strong writing and storytelling ability
  • Experience working with video content (short-form and/or YouTube)
  • Deep familiarity with social analytics and performance optimization
  • Strong understanding of personal finance, retirement planning, or willingness to rapidly build expertise
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and functions
  • Comfort using AI tools to enhance content creation and workflow

This is an individual contributor role with significant visibility and impact. You must be comfortable working closely with leadership while maintaining strong ownership over your craft.

$110,000 - $125,000/month DOE

We want to be as inclusive as possible in our hiring process. If you don’t have 100% of what we’re looking for, but feel like you’re pretty close to growing into the role — please still apply. THE ROLE

We are looking for a paid media specialist to own Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across two markets. This is an individual contributor role — you build, run, and optimize campaigns yourself.

•Work with SEO, content, website, and sales teams on integrated acquisition efforts.

•Recommend landing page and conversion improvements based on campaign data.

Must Have

–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead generation, preferably for digital services, SaaS, agencies, or local businesses.

ABOUT REVISIBLE

Revisible, a vSplash brand, helps small businesses get found and recommended across Google, local platforms, and AI-driven search. We partner with SMBs across the U.S. and India to improve online visibility, strengthen local presence, and generate customer demand through search and digital marketing.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a paid media specialist to own Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across two markets. This is an individual contributor role — you build, run, and optimize campaigns yourself.

The focus is lead generation: qualified enquiries from small business owners in India and the US, with separate strategies, budgets, and targets for each market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign management

•Build and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen.

•Run Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram — lead gen, retargeting, and traffic.

•Identify which segments, keywords, and creatives produce leads that convert and prioritize those signals.

Tracking and attribution

•Own conversion tracking across Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.

•Implement offline conversion imports so platforms optimize on actual sales, not just form submissions.

•Identify and resolve tracking gaps proactively.

Testing and reporting

•Use automation and AI-assisted workflows to improve reporting, analysis, testing, and optimization efficiency.

•Run structured tests on copy, creative, audiences, landing pages, and bid strategies — document findings and actions taken.

•Manage negative keyword lists and audience exclusions to control wasted spend.

•Produce weekly and monthly reports on spend, leads, and cost-per-lead by market and platform.

Collaboration

•Work with SEO, content, website, and sales teams on integrated acquisition efforts.

•Recommend landing page and conversion improvements based on campaign data.

REQUIREMENTS

Must Have

–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead generation, preferably for digital services, SaaS, agencies, or local businesses.

–Hands-on experience with campaigns in both India and the US.

–Proficient in conversion tracking: Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads conversion actions, Meta Pixel, and Meta CAPI.

–Ability to write effective ad copy for India and U.S. audiences

–Comfortable with CPL analysis and independent spend decisions.

Marketing VP, Marketplace Growth at DonorsChoose

Defines and executes marketplace growth strategy, partnering with product and analytics to optimize donor engagement and teacher resource access on the DonorsChoose platform.

Exec Remote Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About DonorsChoose

DonorsChoose is an education nonprofit ensuring every US public school student has the classroom resources they need to learn, grow, and thrive.

Founded by a teacher in 2000, DonorsChoose connects educators with a nationwide community of supporters who believe investing in students today will transform tomorrow. Since our founding, donors have supported 90% of US public schools. Every request is vetted, resources are delivered to classrooms, and donors can see the impact of their support through transparent reporting and updates from students and teachers. Raising $1.9 billion for classrooms, DonorsChoose has earned top ratings from Charity Navigator, GuideStar, and CharityWatch for its transparency, trust, and impact. Marketing Events Marketing Manager at Chili Piper

Plans and executes Chili Piper's global event strategy, managing everything from calendar decisions and landing page creation to on-site coordination and pipeline tracking.

Mid Remote Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Chili Piper

Chili Piper is a B2B SaaS company that helps GTM teams turn inbound leads into qualified meetings - instantly. Our Demand Conversion Platform makes it easier for buyers and sellers to connect fast, without the usual friction in the funnel.

We’re a fully remote, global team that loves building solutions that truly help our customers, moving fast, and having fun while creating something meaningful. We’re growing quickly and aiming big!

About the role

At Chili Piper, community and events are at the heart of our GTM strategy. From intimate dinners to large-scale activations like our annual ChiliPalooza, we bring top GTM leaders together to connect, exchange ideas, and build lasting relationships. It’s how we turn a room full of people into real pipeline, and how we’ve built a community that actually wants to hear from us.

We’re hiring an Events Manager to scale these experiences and deepen our relationships with the GTM community: executive dinners, industry conferences, sponsorships, speaking moments, webinars, and ChiliPalooza. This is the person who turns our presence in a room, physical or virtual, into brand awareness, pipeline, and lasting relationships.

This role is part of our marketing team and works cross-functionally with Sales and Partnerships to run Chili Piper’s global event strategy. You’ll have real ownership of the calendar and where we show up, not just the execution. You’ll shape the annual plan, then make it happen: logistics, promotion, on-site, and follow-up, all the way through to measurable impact.

This is a hands-on role. You’re the one building the landing pages, pulling the CRM lists, and running the show on-site, not handing a brief to an agency and waiting. It’s a strong fit for someone who is organized and proactive, thinks creatively about how we show up, and brings original ideas and a sense of humor to every event. It’s fully remote, with travel to events as needed.

What you’ll do

  • Own the annual event calendar. Decide, with marketing leadership, where Chili Piper should have a presence and why, and protect that focus as new opportunities come up

  • Bring original ideas, creativity, and humor to how we show up, so our events feel like Chili Piper and not like everyone else’s

  • Manage execution end to end. Logistics, budgets, venues, vendors, shipments, swag, and on-site coordination, done by you and tracked by you

  • Run event promotion from start to finish. Build event and webinar landing pages, export and segment contact lists from Salesforce and HubSpot to target the right attendees by city or segment, and send invites, reminders, and follow-ups independently

  • Produce our virtual events and webinars end to end, from speaker prep and rehearsal to running the live show

  • Collaborate across teams. With Marketing on branding, design, and promotion; with Sales to identify and invite the right prospects and customers; with Partnerships to coordinate sponsors and activations

  • Ensure smooth on-site execution. Keep schedules on track and deliver a seamless experience from load-in to last handshake

  • Build and nurture community. Deepen our relationships with GTM leaders, partners, and community members so our events compound over time

  • Track performance. Collect attendee data, measure engagement, and report on outcomes and pipeline impact

  • Amplify results. Work with Marketing to repurpose event content, including photos, videos, and testimonials, for social and post-event communication

  • Manage vendors and budgets. Source partners, negotiate rates, and keep quality high and costs in check

  • Run the debrief on every event and turn what you learn into a stronger program next time

What we’re looking for

  • Builder mindset. You don’t wait for someone to tell you how, you figure it out

  • Tech-savvy operator. You know your way around CRM exports, spreadsheets, event tools, and email automation

  • Hands-on doer. You do the execution and track the results yourself

  • Creative problem-solver. When a venue cancels or a vendor flakes, you find a workaround fast, and when the format is stale, you invent a better one

  • Organized and proactive. You turn chaos into systems and think two steps ahead

  • Strong communicator. You coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and execs smoothly

  • Customer-first. You care about memorable, frictionless experiences from invite to post-event follow-up

  • Curious and eager to learn. You’re always exploring new tools, trends, and ideas, including AI, to make each event better than the last

Experience

  • 2+ years in event management, field marketing, or community roles, ideally in B2B SaaS

  • Proven ability to plan and execute events, from small dinners to large activations

  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot, and event platforms like Luma, Zoom Webinars or similar

  • Comfortable building simple landing pages, managing email lists, and running event promotion campaigns

  • Skilled in vendor sourcing, budget tracking, and on-site coordination

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities

  • Familiar with tracking and reporting event performance, including attendance, engagement, and pipeline impact

  • Experience managing partner collaborations or maintaining relationships with GTM leaders and communities is a plus

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, RevOps, or MarTech

  • Prior involvement in partner activations or co-marketing events

  • Experience managing sponsorships or collaborations with other brands

  • Comfortable using analytics tools to measure event outcomes

  • A strong network within the GTM, Sales, or Marketing communities

  • Background in social or content amplification around events, for example capturing and repurposing event moments

Interview process

  1. Application review. We’ll review your background and experience to make sure there’s a good fit for the role.

  2. Culture add interview. A first chat to get to know you: what drives you, how you like to work, and what unique perspective you’d bring to Chili Piper.

  3. Assessment. A short, practical assignment to see how you think and approach a real events challenge. It’s not a test, we just want to see your creativity and thought process.

  4. Executive interview. The final step. We’ll talk about your bigger picture, your passion for the space, your understanding of our product, and why Chili Piper feels like the right next step for you.

TL;DR

We’re not hiring a “planner.” We’re hiring someone who can own the full experience, from the CRM export to the on-site execution to the community that keeps growing after everyone goes home, and turn GTM moments into momentum and measurable results.

If that sounds like you, we want to talk.

*Based on average monthly reach data for 2025 across SmartAsset-owned properties and publishing partners.

**Other than application, licensing, or similar administrative fees, SmartAsset did not provide compensation in connection with the referenced awards or recognitions.

About the Role

SmartAsset is hiring a Senior Manager of Advisor Marketing to develop and execute the programs that generate demand for the Advisor Marketing Platform. This person will lead advisor-facing positioning, messaging, integrated campaigns, partnerships, webinars and events, content, and channel strategy across priority segments including RIAs, hybrid advisors, and broker-dealers.

The Senior Manager of Advisor Marketing will work as a peer to the Senior Marketing Operations Manager. Together, the two roles will co-own Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) and Sales Accepted Lead (SAL) growth. Advisor Marketing will lead the programs, market strategies, messaging, and offers that create demand, while Marketing Operations will lead the systems, data, automation, measurement, and lead-management processes that allow that demand to scale and convert.

This is a hands-on, outcome-accountable role for a marketer who can move fluidly between strategy and execution, turn advisor and sales insights into compelling programs, and continuously improve performance through structured experimentation.

Responsibilities

  • Co-own MQL, SAL, and advisor pipeline growth targets with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager and leadership, with clear accountability for the marketing programs and market inputs that drive those outcomes.
  • Develop advisor ICPs, personas, and segment strategies across RIAs, hybrid advisors, broker-dealers, and other priority audiences; partner with Marketing Operations to translate those strategies into activated audiences and measurable campaigns.
  • Craft clear positioning, messaging, value propositions, and offers that reflect advisor needs, objections, buying cycles, and the differentiated value of the Advisor Marketing Platform.
  • Build and execute demand-generation campaigns across paid media, outbound, lifecycle, organic, webinar, and event channels.
  • Translate advisor research, customer insights, frontline sales feedback, and performance data into campaign strategies, content briefs, creative concepts, and testable hypotheses.
  • Lead webinar and event strategy end-to-end, including programming, promotion, partner participation, sales follow-up strategy, and post-event engagement.
  • Develop scalable advisor-facing content and enablement assets, including case studies, email programs, landing pages, campaign content, and sales collateral.
  • Define campaign requirements and partner with Marketing Operations to automate workflows, establish tracking, and scale successful programs.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and Sales to identify funnel friction and run structured experiments that improve MQL-to-SAL and SQL-to-revenue conversion.
  • Monitor program and channel performance, communicate actionable insights, and recommend changes to budget allocation, channel mix, messaging, offers, and campaign priorities.
  • Establish repeatable campaign playbooks and operating rhythms that allow successful programs to scale efficiently rather than relying on one-off campaigns.

Skills & Experience You Have

  • 5-7 years of experience marketing to financial advisors, RIAs, broker-dealers, or fintech companies serving the advisor ecosystem.
  • Understanding of advisor psychology, objections, buying cycles, and the operational realities of growing an advisory firm.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute multi-channel programs that generate qualified demand and measurable pipeline impact.
  • Strong command of positioning, messaging, audience strategy, campaign development, and performance marketing fundamentals.
  • Experience managing programs from strategy through execution, including campaign briefs, content development, launch coordination, performance analysis, and iteration.
  • Experience leading webinars, events or other programs that create and convert B2B demand.
  • Quantitative orientation and comfort working with funnel metrics, attribution, campaign performance, and conversion data in partnership with Marketing Operations and analytics teams.
  • Working fluency with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, or Marketo; this role does not need to be the system administrator but must be able to define clear business and campaign requirements.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills and the ability to influence Sales, Marketing Operations, Product, PR, and other stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
  • High agency, strong execution velocity, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • A systems mindset focused on building repeatable programs, scalable playbooks, and durable growth processes.
  • Experience using generative AI and large language models to accelerate content development, creative iteration, research, and campaign testing.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
