4. Process Improvement & Continuous Optimization

  • Cultivate a culture of continuous process improvement, continuously evaluating existing workflows to strip out waste, automate repetitive tasks, and design lean operational playbooks.

You

You are the technical owner of the systems that run Seed’s business behind the scenes. Reporting into our Technology team and partnering daily with Finance and Accounting & Operations, you’ll architect, build, govern and support our ERP ecosystem—NetSuite at the core, connected to Shopify/Recharge, 3PL (fulfillment), Ramp (spend management), EDI and more. This is a deeply hands-on role: you write the SuiteScript, design the integrations, and own the governance that keeps a high-volume, multi-channel, multi-entity business running cleanly at scale. You’re also an AI-native builder—you see agentic workflows, LLMs, and tools like Claude and MCP not as novelties but as core infrastructure for the next generation of finance and operations systems, and you’ll help lead Seed’s adoption of them.

What You’ll Do:

  • Consult with business units across Finance, Operations, Growth, and Tech to gather requirements, translate business needs into ERP solutions, and prioritize a systems roadmap that serves the whole company
  • Own the architecture, administration, and development of NetSuite as Seed’s system of record across multiple sales channels (DTC, Amazon, & Retail)
  • Design, build, and maintain SuiteScript solutions (Map/Reduce, Scheduled, User Event, RESTlets), workflows, saved searches, and SuiteQL-driven automation
  • Own the integration layer end to end—flows, 3PL transactions, Ramp, and other platforms —including monitoring, error handling, and recovery
  • Establish and enforce systems governance: script deployment standards, sandbox and release management, API concurrency and governance-limit management, change control, and documentation
  • Build AI-augmented workflows using LLMs, MCP connectors, and agentic tooling to automate reconciliation, billing operations, reporting, and cross-system data quality—and champion AI-native practices across the systems function
  • Partner with the Controller and accounting team on close automation, billing remediation, revenue data integrity, and audit-readiness of system controls
  • Design user-friendly interfaces and functionality—custom forms, roles, dashboards, and saved searches—so non-technical teams can self-serve confidently
  • Provide training, support, and enablement for end-users, and prepare technical documentation and training manuals that make our systems knowledge durable rather than tribal
  • Manage systems projects end to end—scoping, timelines, implementation partners, and consultants—and own budgeting and forecasting for the ERP/SaaS stack, evaluating and integrating new tools as it evolves
  • Serve as escalation point for systems incidents, performing diagnostic testing and root-cause analysis and building durable fixes rather than patches

Who You Are:

  • 7+ years in ERP/business systems roles, including 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration and development in a multi-entity environment
  • Expert in SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteQL, NetSuite REST/SuiteTalk APIs, and Token-Based Authentication; you’ve built and debugged production Map/Reduce scripts and RESTlets, not just configured workflows
  • Deep experience with iPaaS platforms (Celigo strongly preferred) and high-volume integration patterns, including concurrency management and error recovery
  • Experienced in DTC/subscription commerce or omnichannel consumer businesses, where order volumes are measured in the hundreds of thousands
  • Integration Management: Configure and support EDI connections (such as EDI 850, 810, 856) between NetSuite and third-party systems or VAN providers.
  • Fluent in AI-augmented development: you actively use LLMs, agents, and tools like Claude and MCP in your daily work, and can design AI-powered automations with appropriate guardrails
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data warehouse integration (Snowflake preferred), with broad fluency in cloud computing and the modern SaaS ecosystem
  • Conversant in ERP fundamentals—order-to-cash, revenue recognition, month-end close, procure-to-pay —and able to partner credibly with Finance as a peer, not just a ticket-taker
  • A skilled project manager with experience owning software budgets, forecasting systems spend, and delivering cross-functional implementations on time
  • An exceptional communicator and translator—you make complex technical concepts legible to business stakeholders, and business needs precise for technical execution
  • An analytical problem-solver with strong business acumen; a natural collaborator who leads and mentors others (specialists, consultants, and power users) even without formal reports
  • Highly organized and rigorous about governance and documentation; you know that at scale, undisciplined systems fail loudly and expensively
  • A systems thinker and dot-connector who is equally comfortable in code, in an architecture diagram, and in a cross-functional room
  • NetSuite Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or SuiteCloud Developer certification a plus

Senior Remote Team Leader — Accounting, Data & Operations

 Food Services Inc. — Wholesale meat and restaurant supply distributor based in Los Angeles, California
Remote Contractor Position
Compensation

Starting base compensation: $2,500 USD per month

This position includes opportunities for:

* Performance bonuses
* Responsibility-based increases
* Leadership increases
* Additional compensation for taking ownership of major business functions

A strong performer can grow the base compensation to approximately $3,000 per month within the first year, in addition to applicable performance bonuses.

Compensation growth will be based on measurable responsibility, performance, accuracy, leadership, and the ability to independently manage important areas of the business.

About the Role:

We are looking for a senior-level Accounting & Operations Team Leader who can take ownership of daily workflows, work independently, review the work of others, and turn business data into clear actions and decisions.

This is not a basic data-entry position.

We are looking for someone who can operate at a top 10% performance level — someone who can analyze, review, identify problems, follow up, and help improve the way the team works.

The right person should be comfortable managing both people and data in a fast-moving business environment.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for helping lead and review daily accounting and operational workflows, including:

* Reviewing and analyzing large amounts of business and financial data
* Identifying errors, discrepancies, trends, and opportunities
* Reviewing team members’ work for accuracy and completion
* Purchase Order vs. Vendor Bill analysis
* Vendor pricing and quantity discrepancy review
* Accounts receivable and customer aging
* Vendor aging and accounts payable
* Inventory analysis and reconciliation
* Price updates and vendor price-list comparisons
* Creating and improving Excel reports and tracking systems
* Following up on unresolved issues until they are completed
* Helping organize team priorities and daily workflow
* Communicating clearly with management and team members
* Using AI and automation to reduce repetitive work and improve accuracy
* Developing better processes, controls, and reporting systems

We want someone who does more than complete a task. We expect you to understand the task, review the results, identify what is wrong, and recommend the next action.

Required Experience

Strong candidates should have professional experience with:

* QuickBooks
* Microsoft Excel — advanced level
* Financial data reconciliation
* Data analysis and reporting
* Purchase orders and vendor bills
* Accounts payable and/or accounts receivable
* Reviewing and auditing work for accuracy
* Managing multiple priorities
* Team leadership or senior-level responsibility
* Strong written and spoken English

You must also be comfortable working daily with:

* Zoom
* ClickUp
* QuickBooks

* Remote desktop and cloud-based systems

AI & Automation Experience

We are especially interested in candidates who already understand how to use modern technology to improve their work.

Experience with any of the following is highly valued:

* ChatGPT or other AI tools
* AI-assisted data analysis
* Workflow automation
* Excel automation
* Macros
* Automated reporting
* Process improvement
* Building repeatable systems and procedures

You do not need to be a programmer, but you should understand how AI and automation can help a business work faster, more accurately, and with fewer manual steps.

Leadership Expectations

This is a Team Leader role.

You should be able to:

* Take ownership without waiting for constant instructions
* Review other team members’ work
* Identify mistakes before they become larger problems
* Prioritize tasks based on business importance
* Communicate problems clearly
* Follow up until issues are resolved
* Train and guide junior team members
* Keep management updated with meaningful information
* Separate urgent issues from routine tasks
* Look for opportunities to improve existing processes

We are looking for someone who asks:

“What does this data tell us, what is the problem, and what action should we take?”

—not simply:

“What task should I do next?”

Work Schedule

Monday through Saturday

8-hour shift per day

The position operates according to Pacific Time (Los Angeles), and candidates must be able to work consistently within the assigned schedule.

Because this is a remote leadership position, reliability, attendance, responsiveness, and availability during working hours are extremely important.

Equipment Requirements

You must have a professional remote-work setup capable of supporting all-day Zoom, QuickBooks, remote-hosted environments, Excel, ClickUp, and other business applications simultaneously.

Required:

* Business-class laptop or desktop
* Intel Core i7 / AMD Ryzen 7 or equivalent
* 32GB RAM minimum
* 1TB NVMe SSD preferred
* Dual monitors
* Reliable high-speed internet
* Wired Ethernet strongly preferred
* Quiet and professional workspace

Candidate Assessment

Before moving forward, qualified candidates will complete a practical assessment.

The workbook contains:

Sheet 1 — Purchase Order
Sheet 2 — Vendor Bill

Your assignment is to analyze the two documents and identify the differences, discrepancies, and anything else you believe management should know.

Assessment workbook:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1H2UFgxxF1DbBJvoYJFNCnyGY_WsRKqvU/edit?gid=1320818024#gid=1320818024

2. Preserve all original sheets for audit purposes.
3. Do not convert formulas to values.
4. Your workbook must remain fully auditable.
5. Show your analysis, calculations, and logic inside the Excel file.
6. Do not simply identify differences — demonstrate how you think about the business impact and what should be reviewed or followed up on.

How to Apply

Email your completed assessment workbook in .xlsx format to:

Operations Netsuite Solutions Architect at Teamshares Presidents Program

Design and lead NetSuite ERP implementations across 90+ companies, establish technical standards, and solve complex integration problems.

Senior Posted 5 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Teamshares

Teamshares is a technology-enabled acquirer of small and midsize businesses. We buy companies with $0.5 million to $5 million in EBITDA, integrate them with our platform, and help employees become owners. Founded in 2019, we operate 90+ subsidiaries with approximately $490 million in consolidated revenue across 40+ industries and 30 states.

The Role

We’re looking for a NetSuite Solution Architect to design and lead ERP implementations across our network of 90+ companies. You’ll own the technical architecture for how we deploy NetSuite, make design decisions that affect multiple companies, unblock complex technical problems, and establish standards so implementations scale consistently.

This is an individual contributor role. You’ll work directly with implementation partners and company finance teams, do solution design presentations, troubleshoot technical issues, and influence how we approach NetSuite across the network. You’re hands-on, not managing others.

You’ll have significant technical influence and decision authority. As we grow, you’ll build and lead a small team. We’re looking for someone who can handle the immediate hands-on architecture work while growing into leadership of this function.

Context: We’re running multiple NetSuite implementations and considering our long-term platform strategy. About two-thirds of our network is still on QuickBooks Online, and we evaluate financial-systems decisions strategically. You’ll help define how NetSuite fits into our broader technology roadmap.

Responsibilities

NetSuite Architecture & Technical Strategy: Define the technical architecture for NetSuite deployments. Make strategic decisions about single-instance vs. multi-instance, data integration, reporting, and customization boundaries. Document architecture decisions and evolve them as you learn.

Solution Design & Customer Engagement: Work with implementation partners and company finance teams to design solutions. Present options, explain trade-offs, and make recommendations on configuration vs. customization vs. integration. Ensure solutions fit business needs without over-engineering.

Technical Standards & Best Practices: Establish NetSuite standards and best practices across all implementations. Define how we handle common scenarios: multi-subsidiary accounting, intercompany transactions, reporting structures, integrations. Share these standards with implementation partners.

Vendor & Partner Assessment: Evaluate implementation consultants and integration partners from a technical perspective. Assess proposals, challenge over-engineered solutions, and recommend the right vendor approach. Work as a peer with partners, not a gatekeeper.

Technical Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: When implementation teams encounter complex technical issues, you’re the escalation point. Diagnose problems, work with partners to find solutions, and make recommendations. Roll up your sleeves on troubleshooting as needed.

What We’re Looking For

7-12 years of ERP implementation, solution architecture, or enterprise systems consulting experience.

Deep hands-on knowledge of NetSuite or similar enterprise systems. You understand data models, module design, reporting, integrations, and customization options.

Experience working in presales, customer-facing architecture, or consulting roles. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, can present design options, and work through technical trade-offs with customers.

Strong technical design judgment. You can evaluate trade-offs between configuration, customization, integration, and process change. You make decisions based on business value, not technical elegance.

Clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences. You can explain why design decisions matter and discuss trade-offs with partners, finance teams, and executives.

Collaborative work style. You’re a peer to consultants and partners, not a manager or gatekeeper. You push back on over-engineering but listen when partners flag real constraints.

Willing and able to be hands-on. You’re an individual contributor who troubleshoots problems, reviews implementation details, and supports execution directly.

Nice to Have

You worked as a Solution Architect or senior consultant at a NetSuite partner or Big 4 consulting firm.

You have presales or customer-facing architecture experience. You’ve done customer presentations, product demonstrations, and collaborative design work.

You have experience in multi-subsidiary, holding company, or acquisition-heavy environments.

You have designed NetSuite solutions for multiple companies or customers.

You have NetSuite certifications or demonstrated expertise in configuration, customization, and advanced module design.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.

Operations Senior Customer Experience Operations Manager at Hover

Manages a 50-person customer support operations team across multiple countries, overseeing KPIs, staffing, budgets, and process improvements as AI transforms support workflows.

Senior Posted 5 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Hover helps people design, improve, and protect the properties they love. With proprietary AI built on over a decade of real property data, Hover answers age-old questions like “What will it look like?” and “What will it cost?” Homeowners, contractors, and insurance professionals rely on Hover to get fully measured, accurate, and interactive 3D models of any property — all from a smartphone scan in minutes.

At Hover, we’re driven by curiosity, purpose, and a shared commitment to serving our customers, communities, and each other. We believe the best ideas come from diverse perspectives and are proud to cultivate an inclusive, high-performance culture that inspires growth, accountability, and excellence. Backed by leading investors like Google Ventures and Menlo Ventures, and trusted by industry leaders including Travelers, State Farm, and Nationwide — we’re redefining how people understand and interact with their spaces.

Why Hover wants you

Hover’s Inbound Customer Experience team is one of the company’s most consistently recognized differentiators — and we’re looking for a leader who can run it with equal parts rigor and empathy. You’ll take the reins of an operation that’s already thriving: a ~50-person BPO team across three countries with strong tenure, strong culture, and a track record customers love. But you’re not just here to maintain it — you’re here to lead it through its next chapter, as AI absorbs more transactional volume and the remaining work shifts toward judgment, critical thinking, and human-in-the-loop review. This is a rare combination: a proven, high-functioning team to inherit, real ownership over its evolution, and a direct hand in shaping what “great support” looks like as the industry changes around you.

You will contribute by

You’ll own the operational engine behind Hover’s Inbound Customer Experience team, holding the BPO organization accountable for the KPIs that define great support — First Response Time, Overall Resolution Time, CSAT, and QA — across roughly 80% of inbound conversations on every channel. You’ll manage the day-to-day health of the outsourced operation hands-on, partnering directly with BPO site leadership, workforce managers, and team leads to flag issues, course-correct in real time, and keep queues moving, all while protecting the strong culture Hover has built with its BPO partners over years. You’ll drive workforce planning and staffing across sites and shifts, own budget and incentive design, and co-own the accuracy of Hover’s knowledge base and QA feedback loop in partnership with other CX leaders. As Hover shifts to AI-first triage in chat and email, you’ll lead the BPO team through that transition — training reps on new human-in-the-loop workflows, flagging where tooling falls short, and partnering with Systems and Data teams to get customer context in front of reps faster. You’ll also use AI tools to build and maintain the reporting and dashboards that keep queue health visible.

  • Own core operational KPIs (FRT, ORT, CSAT, QA) across ~80% of inbound volume, on every channel
  • Run day-to-day BPO operational health across three countries — vendor relationship, workforce planning, and labor-compliance ownership
  • Lead the BPO team’s transition to AI-first, human-in-the-loop support workflows
  • Own budget discipline: headcount planning, vendor cost management, and incentive design
  • Co-own knowledge management and the QA feedback loop with fellow CX leaders

Your background includes

  • 6+ years in Customer Experience and/or Operations Manager roles, including at least 2 years directly managing outsourced (BPO) teams — ideally across multiple countries or vendor sites
  • A track record of owning and hitting operational KPIs (FRT, CSAT, QA, ORT, FCR, or equivalents) at meaningful scale, with a point of view on setting strategic KPIs that improve the customer experience
  • Comfort owning a budget — headcount planning, vendor cost management, and incentive design — with the judgment to balance cost against quality
  • Experience with knowledge management, and/or partnering with PMM or Enablement functions to build support documentation at scale
  • Strong relationship-building instincts; you see a BPO partnership as a relationship built over years, and you’re a steward of that culture, not just its KPIs
  • Experience with modern support tooling (e.g., Intercom, Guru, or equivalent) and hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to analyze patterns, support workforce management, and build training or knowledge content

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience managing BPO operations specifically across the Philippines, Colombia, and/or Guatemala, or other LATAM/APAC support hubs
  • Prior experience operating in a company actively shifting support volume to AI-first/agentic workflows
  • Experience in insurance, construction, or another regulated/high-trust vertical

Benefits

  • Compensation - Competitive salary and meaningful equity in a fast-growing company
  • Healthcare - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and dependents
  • Paid Time Off - Unlimited and flexible vacation policy
  • Paid Family Leave - We support work/life balance and offer generous paid parental and new child bonding leave
  • Mandatory Self-Care Days - A day set aside each month to allow employees to recharge
  • Remote Wellbeing Resources - We provide recurring fitness classes, meditation/ mindfulness tools, virtual therapy, and family planning assistance
  • Learning - We encourage continued education and will help cover the cost of management training, conferences, workshops, or certifications

Hybrid roles at Hover

Hover has Hubs in San Francisco and New York City, where we expect that all employees living within a 50-mile radius of our offices will come into their local Hover office at least three times a week to build rapport and foster organic connection. At this time, Hover is not considering fully remote roles.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $135,000-$167,000 annually. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all applicable US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Operations Senior Trust and Safety Manager at Getlabs

Senior manager builds and owns trust and safety programs protecting field phlebotomists, developing policies, workflows, and education initiatives across clinical and operations teams.

Senior Posted 6 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Getlabs is the leading platform for at-home diagnostics.

Healthcare organizations use Getlabs to send mobile phlebotomists to patients’ homes and collect labs, vitals, and advanced diagnostics. By leveraging Getlabs, partners can improve patient adherence and close gaps in care with same-day, nationwide availability.

Our team has raised $50M from strategic investors including the two largest diagnostic laboratories in the United States, Labcorp and Quest. Getlabs’ mission is to save lives by expanding access to diagnostics for everyone.

About Function & Getlabs

In 2026, Function acquired Getlabs, the leading provider of at-home diagnostics. Getlabs has delivered convenient at home diagnostic testing nationwide, allowing our customers to have access to healthcare in the comfort of their own homes. By bringing Getlabs into Function’s ecosystem, we’re making it easier than ever for everyone to access world-class diagnostics with advanced lab testing and cutting-edge technology — creating the most comprehensive preventive health platform on the market.

Function Health was founded with a singular focus: empower you to live 100 healthy years. We’re doing that by using the best available technology to ensure people don’t suffer or die a preventable death. Function has been recognized as one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies of 2024 and is venture-backed by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z). Hundreds of thousands of members have joined Function to take control of their health.

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and pragmatic Senior Trust and Safety Manager to build and own the Trust & Safety function protecting our field workforce. Every day, our phlebotomists enter members’ homes alone. This role exists to make sure they are prepared, equipped, and protected — and to make Function’s stance on their safety unmistakable. You will work with our People, Field Operations, Clinical, Legal, and Product teams to stand the program up from the ground: running discovery to surface our biggest risks and blind spots, writing the policies and emergency response workflows the field relies on, sourcing and deploying tangible safety solutions, and building an education program that keeps safety front of mind long after launch.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working through ambiguity, meticulous in their attention to detail, self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. You have built a program from zero before — written the first policy, selected the first tool, run the first training — and you are as effective drafting policy with Legal as you are standing in a field team huddle explaining why it matters. As the first dedicated owner of this function, your work will directly shape how we protect a field workforce scaling from hundreds to thousands.

This role is best suited for those energized by fast-paced environments, excited to build in a high-growth setting, and deeply motivated by our mission at Function. If you’re looking for meaningful challenges, dynamic work, and the opportunity to make a real impact we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run discovery and prioritize risk. Map incident history and field-reported issues, identify our blind spots and highest-severity risks, define what is in and out of scope for Trust & Safety, and deliver a leadership-ready proposal that formally establishes the program.

  • Own the Trust & Safety roadmap. Sequence immediate fixes against longer-term initiatives, and set the launch dates, training milestones, and continuing education calendar the organization plans around.

  • Build the policy and workflow library. Author internal policies, emergency response and escalation workflows, incident reporting and investigation standards, and post-incident review practices — and keep them current.

  • Source, evaluate, and deploy safety solutions. Explore hardware such as body cameras and panic buttons alongside no-capital internal solutions like pre-shift vehicle checks; own vendor selection, pilot, rollout, and adoption.

  • Build and run field education. Create the Trust & Safety education library, launch the program with a company-wide rollout, and sustain it through ongoing content in the formats the field will actually consume — huddles, lunch and learns, in-app content, written and audio.

  • Partner closely with Legal and Privacy. Anything touching recording, monitoring, patient identification, or additional data collection clears legal review before it reaches the field.

  • Serve as the escalation point for serious incidents. Respond quickly and with genuine care for the team member involved, coordinate across People, Field Ops, Clinical, and Legal, and close the loop with the individual and the organization.

  • Define and report the metrics that prove it works. Incident rate and severity, response time, training completion and engagement, and workers’ compensation claims and renewal outcomes — used to drive company-wide buy-in, not just to report status.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • 6+ years in trust & safety, workplace safety/EHS, risk, corporate security, or field operations, including 2+ years owning programs or leading people. Experience supporting a distributed, in-person workforce is essential.

  • A track record of building a function from zero — not inheriting and maintaining an established one.

  • Working knowledge of workplace safety and incident management: injury response, investigation practices, OSHA recordkeeping, and workers’ compensation.

  • Experience partnering with Legal and Privacy on sensitive programs involving recording, employee monitoring, or PII/PHI handling.

  • Excellent written communication — you can produce a policy, an executive memo, and a field-facing training module with equal clarity.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of programs frontline employees may initially resist; you earn trust with field teams rather than mandating from a distance.

  • Highly organized and self-directed, comfortable owning a roadmap with many dependencies and few established processes.

  • Genuine care for people. Team members will come to you on their worst day at work.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in healthcare, home health, mobile phlebotomy, field services, or logistics — any industry with lone workers entering private residences.

  • Familiarity with lone-worker safety technology: body cameras, panic buttons, GPS check-in systems, dashcams, or fleet telematics.

  • Certifications such as CSP, ASP, or OHST, or formal de-escalation and crisis intervention training.

  • Experience building an education library or LMS curriculum and driving measurable completion.

  • Multi-state employment law exposure, particularly consent-to-record and employee monitoring requirements.

We have great benefits to make your life easier so you can focus on what you’re best at:

  • Competitive salary (110K-140K)

  • Valuable stock option plan

  • Medical, dental and vision insurance options

  • Flexible and unlimited vacation

  • A company with a huge vision, a dynamic work environment, and a team of talented, ambitious and fun to work-with colleagues!

$110,000 - $140,000 a year

Getlabs is an equal opportunity employer. We value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status or other protected classes.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Account Ownership & Delivery: Lead discovery, implementation planning, and technical delivery for Kuno's HubSpot Enterprise engagements, including integrations with third-party systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Dialpad, CallRail). Serve as the senior escalation point, own delivery end-to-end, and quality-check deliverables for these accounts.
  • Strategic & GTM Advisory: Act as a senior strategic advisor to clients' marketing, sales, and customer success leadership, tailoring RevOps strategy, workflows, and buyer journeys to each client's B2B business model and platform roadmap.
  • AI & Advanced Analytics: Design AI-powered workflows, agents, and automations within HubSpot (e.g., Breeze Intelligence), and leverage custom reporting to deliver predictive modeling, forecasting, and advanced insights for clients.
  • Process, Playbook & Documentation: Develop repeatable frameworks, SOPs, and playbooks, and produce clear, thorough documentation for all client configurations, integrations, and processes, reducing dependency on any single person and building organizational capacity to scale.

Occasional Responsibilities

  • Pre-Sales & Scoping Support: As needed, partner with business development and account leadership to scope, solution, and estimate enterprise engagements, ensuring proposals reflect realistic delivery capacity and technical feasibility.
  • Mentorship & Team Enablement: As needed, provide coaching, technical guidance and peer mentorship to Consultants and Specialists in advanced HubSpot configuration, integrations, and RevOps strategy; contribute to team-wide training through collaboration, office hours and knowledge sharing to raise technical capability across the department.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on HubSpot Enterprise features, share emerging RevOps technologies and industry best practices, and maintain relevant certifications with the broader RevOps team.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing/Sales Operations, or a related discipline, including experience managing enterprise-scale accounts
  • Deep, hands-on expertise across the HubSpot ecosystem (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub) at the Enterprise tier, with current HubSpot certifications
  • Experience with call/dialer applications (e.g., Dialpad, CallRail, Aircall) and ERP system integrations (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), including ongoing administration and optimization
  • Solid understanding of system architecture principles, with the ability to execute integrations and configurations across platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ERPs, call/dialer tools, custom applications)
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring team members and elevating technical capability across a team, without formal people-management responsibility
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience turning complex data into actionable insight for enterprise stakeholders
  • Outstanding communication skills and executive presence, with experience engaging senior client stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Skills and Competencies

  • Deep subject-matter expertise in RevOps strategy, systems implementation, and HubSpot Enterprise capabilities
  • Ability to operate as a strategic advisor while remaining hands-on with technical delivery, managing an independent book of client accounts
  • Strong documentation skills; able to translate complex technical configurations, integrations, and processes into clear, client-facing materials
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity on high-complexity engagements
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, call/dialer platforms (e.g., Dialpad, CallRail), ERP systems, Basecamp, Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace
  • Current HubSpot certifications required (e.g., Revenue Operations, CRM Implementation, Solutions Architecture)
  • Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows and applications in RevOps (predictive lead scoring, churn prediction, forecasting, HubSpot Breeze Intelligence).

Training

Kuno uses HubSpot for most clients, and this role is built for someone who already brings hands-on HubSpot experience and current certifications. To support continued growth, you'll have ongoing access to HubSpot Academy courses and emerging platform training, including new feature releases, AI tools, and advanced certifications, to keep your expertise sharp and aligned with the latest capabilities. Existing certifications should be renewed periodically as the platform evolves.
