Product Senior Product Manager at Seed Health

Senior PM shapes product strategy and experience for a microbiome health company's DTC platform, leading cross-functional teams through experimentation and execution.

Senior Posted about 21 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Seed Health is a microbiome science company pioneering clinically validated innovations for gut and whole-body health. Our portfolio of gut-directed products is developed in collaboration with leading scientists and backed by human clinical research. We’re best known for DS-01® Daily Synbiotic—the #1 digestive health probiotic in the U.S.—trusted by millions of people for its benefits in and beyond the gut, including skin, immune, and heart health.

We’ve since expanded our offerings to include PDS-08® for pediatric health, VS-01™ for vaginal health, and a new category of Co-Biotics for daily nutrition, energy, and sleep—each grounded in our commitment to scientific rigor, precision formulation, and impact across the body’s interconnected systems. Beyond the body, SeedLabs—our environmental research division—advances microbial solutions that restore biodiversity and support ecosystems affected by human activity.

We’ve built a profitable DTC business with category-leading retention, grown revenue 5x in the last 36 months, and expanded our reach across new channels and markets. With a robust clinical pipeline and continued expansion into new areas of microbiome health, we’re building for scale—with integrity, care, and curiosity.

Our work has been recognized by Fast Company (Most Innovative Companies, Brands That Matter, World Changing Ideas), TIME (Best Inventions), Forbes (America’s Best Startup Employers), and Inc. (Best in Business, Female Founder 100)—a reflection of the science behind our products and the stories we tell to bring them into the world.

We’re a galaxy-class team of researchers, clinicians, designers, engineers, storytellers, and builders—each aligned in our belief in the transformative potential of the microbiome. If you’re a kindred dot-connector looking to shape the future of health, join us.

You:

Seed is expanding fast into mass retail, Amazon, and new marketplaces, with a growing portfolio across gut, energy, sleep, pediatric, and daily nutrition. As we grow, the experience we build for our members is what ties it all together: the thing that turns a first encounter with Seed into a lasting, science-backed relationship.

This role exists to shape that experience. You’ll help define what Seed’s product experience should become, build the strategy to get there, and lead cross-functional teams to bring it to life through rapid experimentation and decisive execution. There’s real surface area here — across how members discover Seed, how they engage over time, and how the experience evolves as our portfolio grows — and the autonomy to form a point of view on where you can drive the most impact.

This role reports to the VP of Digital Product and partners closely with Product Design, Engineering, Creative, Lifecycle Marketing, and Growth. It requires someone who leads with strategic conviction, moves with urgency, and treats Seed’s product experience as a genuine differentiator — not a set of features to ship.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own end-to-end strategy for your product area — whether that’s the growth funnel (acquisition, conversion, activation) or the post-purchase member experience (engagement, retention, cross-sell) — defining what it should become, how it evolves, and what we build to make it real
  • Develop and maintain a long-term product vision, working backward from an end-state to deliver compounding impact on company-level metrics, and translating Seed’s science, brand, and retention goals into experiences that earn sustained engagement
  • Set measurable goals tied directly to business KPIs — conversion, activation, LTV, rebill, retention — and own the outcomes, not just the roadmap
  • Design and run short-cycle experiments that test real hypotheses about member behavior, generating signal rather than just shipping
  • Partner with Product Design to set creative and strategic direction for member-facing experiences
  • Collaborate across the growth-to-member handoff and cross-sell positioning, as members move from acquisition into a multi-product subscription relationship
  • Contribute to multi-category portfolio expansion by exploring what members want and where the experience needs to evolve to support new products and channels
  • Inform how Seed’s owned digital experience evolves alongside emerging agentic commerce channels
  • Present strategy and experiment results to leadership with clarity and conviction

Who You Are:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with significant depth in one or more of: growth, acquisition/conversion, subscription, retention, or post-purchase/member experience
  • You’ve defined product strategy from ambiguity — not just optimized an existing surface, but articulated what it should become and built organizational conviction around your vision
  • You lead cross-functional teams by setting strategic direction. Design, engineering, and brand partners look to you for the “what” and “why,” not just the “when”
  • You have experience in subscription or membership businesses at meaningful scale, and you understand that both growth and retention are fundamentally experience problems
  • You’re analytically fluent — comfortable with cohort analysis, LTV modeling, funnel metrics, and experiment design — and you use data to sharpen strategic bets, not just measure outputs. Familiarity with SQL and product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude) is a strong plus
  • You operate with urgency and proactive judgment. When work stalls, you reframe, escalate, or kill it — you don’t let it drift
  • You’re opinionated and substantive, but intellectually honest. You form strong hypotheses, defend them with reasoning, and update them when evidence says otherwise
  • You’re a clear, structured communicator who can make complex strategy legible to senior stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and your own team
  • Bonus: experience in DTC e-commerce, health/wellness, or premium consumer brands; familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem or subscription platforms; exposure to lifecycle/CRM systems (e.g., Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable), content-as-product, or personalization systems

Product Senior Product Manager at Toku

Senior Product Manager owns end-to-end delivery of AI and Contact Centre product portfolio, from customer research through platform launches and continuous iteration.

Senior Posted about 21 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Description

At Toku, we create bespoke cloud communications and customer engagement solutions to reimagine customer experiences for enterprises. We provide an end-to-end approach to help businesses overcome the complexity of digital transformation and deliver mission-critical CX through cloud communication solutions. Toku combines local strategic consulting expertise, bespoke technology, regional in-country infrastructure, connectivity, and global reach to serve the diverse needs of enterprises operating at scale.

Headquartered in Singapore, Toku supports customers across APAC and beyond, with a growing footprint across global markets. As a publicly listed company, Toku continues to scale its presence and impact across international markets.

As our Senior Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of Toku’s AI and Contact Centre product portfolio. Working closely with the Head of Product, Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll turn validated customer problems into scalable platform capabilities, balancing customer needs, technical architecture and commercial outcomes. This is a highly autonomous individual contributor role where you’ll be accountable for product outcomes, customer adoption and the long-term health of the platform—not simply delivering features. You will thrive in this role if you enjoy solving complex technical problems, making data-driven decisions and building products that customers rely on every day.

Requirements

What you will be doing

  • Product Strategy & Delivery: Own the AI and Contact Centre product backlog from discovery through delivery, including customer research, problem validation, PRD creation, prioritisation, agile delivery, product launches and continuous iteration. Base decisions on evidenced customer problems rather than feature requests, while challenging assumptions to deliver the best long-term product outcomes.

  • Platform Product Design: Define scalable, configurable platform capabilities with clean API design, integration contracts and reusable architecture that supports Toku’s contact centre platform, CTI integrations, CRM integrations, developer APIs, partner ecosystems and bring-your-own-model (BYOM) AI integrations.

  • Platform Evolution: Continuously identify opportunities to transform customer-specific implementations into reusable product capabilities, reducing bespoke development and improving scalability across the platform.

  • Product Quality & Measurement: Define meaningful product success metrics covering quality, adoption, accuracy, latency, edit rates, error rates and cost efficiency. Partner with Engineering and data teams to ensure products are properly instrumented and product decisions are driven by live production data rather than demonstrations or assumptions.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering throughout product development while partnering with Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services and Delivery teams to ensure products are positioned accurately, enterprise implementations are successful and customer feedback continuously improves the product roadmap.

  • Go-to-Market Support: Support complex customer opportunities by providing product expertise, solution guidance and product positioning that accurately reflects shipped capabilities and platform direction.

  • Continuous Improvement: Champion a product-led culture built around measurable customer outcomes, ensuring roadmap decisions are informed by evidence, customer value and long-term platform sustainability.

  • Ownership: Take full ownership of your product areas, balancing customer needs, technical constraints and commercial priorities while helping shape the future direction of Toku’s AI and customer engagement platform.

We’d love to hear from you if you have

  • Product Management Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering technical B2B SaaS products, with a strong track record building platform products, APIs, communications platforms (CCaaS, CPaaS or UCaaS), conversational AI, speech technologies or data-driven products.

  • Technical Product Thinking: Strong systems-thinking capability with practical experience discussing API design, integration architectures, platform capabilities and technical trade-offs with senior software engineers.

  • AI Products: Hands-on experience delivering AI or machine learning-powered products into production environments, with a strong understanding of evaluating real-world product quality, reliability and customer outcomes beyond benchmark performance.

  • Product Analytics: Practical experience defining success metrics before development, establishing product instrumentation, interpreting analytics and adapting product direction based on measurable evidence.

  • Platform Architecture: Experience designing configurable, scalable platform capabilities that minimise bespoke development while supporting multiple customer use cases and integrations.

  • Commercial Collaboration: Experience supporting Sales, Pre-Sales and Delivery teams through product positioning, solution design, enterprise customer engagements and successful product deployments.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality product documentation and communicate effectively across Engineering, commercial teams and executive stakeholders.

  • Ownership & Decision Making: Comfortable operating in a scaling business with high autonomy, navigating ambiguity, making informed product decisions and taking ownership of long-term product outcomes.

  • Industry Experience: Experience within regulated industries, public sector organisations, or international markets across APAC, MENA or LATAM would be advantageous.

  • Location: This role can be based in The Netherlands – Hybrid work model, or in wider Europe – remote.

Toku has been recognised as a LinkedIn Top Startup and by the Financial Times as one of APAC’s Top 500 High Growth Companies. If you’re looking to be part of a company on a strong growth trajectory while working on meaningful, real-world challenges, we’d love to hear from you.

Product Senior Product Manager at Toku

Own end-to-end delivery of AI and Contact Centre product portfolio, from customer research through platform delivery and continuous iteration.

Job Description

The Role

ServiceNow’s Digital Experience Strategy team operates at the intersection of product strategy and marketing – where you define what gets built and why. This is pure product strategy: vision, direction, and strategic thinking that shapes digital experiences for a global enterprise AI leader.

ServiceNow launches new products constantly and acquires strategic companies regularly. This role owns two pillars: establishing how product launches reach buyers across our digital ecosystem, and building the playbook for integrating acquired companies’ digital presence.

You write the strategy and requirements that guide how Product Marketing, UX, Engineering and M&A teams execute. You sit between product, marketing, and technology—translating strategic decisions into clear direction. You build organizational muscle around launch and integration discipline through frameworks and playbooks.

Key Responsibilities

M&A Digital Integration (70%)

  • The role is foundational — the playbooks, governance, and operating rhythms you build become how ServiceNow integrates every company it buys.
  • Drive M&A digital integration and marketing technology consolidation, unifying disparate properties into a single ecosystem
  • Partner with teams to assess operational readiness and execution risk: systems landscape, team capacity, process maturity, and the cost and timeline to remediate what you find
  • Develop the digital strategy for post-acquisition (login/portal integration, rebranding, tech stack decisions, customer community migration, portfolio positioning, site presence)
  • Create decision frameworks for integration trade-offs: Which assets stay separate? Which consolidate? How do we migrate customers without friction?
  • Establish integration priorities and sequencing with M&A, Product, and Legal teams
  • Partner on marketing technology decisions—consolidating lead management, CRM integration, analytics stacks
  • Create clarity in terms of sequencing, priorities, trade-offs, and the escalations that keep workstreams unblocked
  • Write requirements and direct Product Managers and teams responsible for execution

Launches (30%)

  • Define horizontal launch strategy—transform how we showcase launches across our digital ecosystem, establishing what gets featured, how it’s presented, and what doesn’t make the cut
  • Create reusable launch playbooks that enable consistent, high-quality execution without reinventing each cycle
  • Define decision criteria for launch prominence and content refresh sequencing
  • Guide Product Marketing on what to showcase, how to present it, and where it belongs in the buyer journey
  • Use analytics and engagement metrics to validate strategy and refine execution

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, consulting, product strategy, or digital experience strategy (Consulting backgrounds are welcome with a subsequent operating role)
  • Track record of M&A integration experience with ownership of integrations – you built the plan (for consolidation decisions, product integrations, technical trade-offs), ran the cadence, and held stakeholders accountable
  • Strong operational judgment and ability to move between strategy and execution
  • Experience with product launches and leading major digital initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Strong stakeholder management—ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across product, marketing, and engineering
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent integrations and launches at different stages
  • Data-driven approach to strategy validation using analytics, research, and metrics
  • Technical literacy—comfort discussing API architecture, data migration, login/auth consolidation, deprecation trade-offs

Preferred Qualifications

  • UX experience or design sensibility
  • Experience applying AI tools to work
  • Experience leading digital transformation or rebranding initiatives
  • Familiarity with marketing technology stacks and lead management systems

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $155,400 - $272,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.  Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.  Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.  We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.

Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.

Product Product Owner at Auditdata

Product Owner owns the finance and reimbursement domain end-to-end, translating complex billing rules into prioritized backlogs and working directly with customers to validate requirements.

Senior Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Description

About the role:

We’re building finance and reimbursement capabilities into our SaaS platform, and looking for a Product Owner to own that end-to-end.

This isn’t a coordination role. You’ll set the direction for a high-complexity domain, work directly with customer to understand how billing really happens, and translate that into a backlog that engineers can execute with confidence. With AI-assisted tooling accelerating delivery, the leverage is in the decisions — and that’s where you come in.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the finance and reimbursement backlog — prioritize by real impact, not noise.

  • Translate reimbursement rules and payer requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

  • Talk directly to clinics: understand how billing works on the ground, including the workarounds and pain points.

  • Keep multiple squads moving in the same direction across the finance domain without slowing them down.

  • Make daily trade-offs - compliance vs. speed, going deep in one market vs. building something that scales.

  • Partner with Design to make sure billing workflows feel simple even when the logic behind them isn’t.

  • Validate ideas early with clinics and domain experts. Kill bad bets in discovery, not after a sprint.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years in product ownership or product management, with real experience in billing, invoicing, claims, or reimbursement.

  • You write stories and acceptance criteria that don’t need a follow-up thread to clarify.

  • You’re comfortable with regulatory detail - you can read a reimbursement policy and turn it into requirements yourself.

  • You know how to prioritize when everything feels urgent.

  • You can manage stakeholders who disagree with each other and still land on a decision everyone can live with.

  • Comfortable presenting functionality - you explain the “why”, not just the “what.”

  • Confident English written and spoken (B2+).

Bonus points for:

  • Healthcare, medtech, or hearing care experience - especially cross-country reimbursement models.

  • Familiarity with European billing systems - statutory insurance, private payers, government programs.

  • Having already adapted your workflow to AI-accelerated development environments.

  • Experience with compliance and audit requirements in finance or healthcare.

  • Background in multi-market products where localization means different business rules and payer structures, not just translations.

What’s in it for you:

  • Long-term engagement in a stable, growing SaaS company

  • Remote-first and async-friendly with flat organizational structure

  • High bar for engineering and product quality

  • A team that values depth over hype: production quality over flashy prototypes

  • A culture that values personal growth as much as business outcomes

  • A global team that spans Denmark, Ukraine, UK, Poland, Canada, Australia, USA, and more.

Feels like it’s a perfect match to you?

We look forward to your application! (please submit your English CV)

Owns the end-to-end hardware platform roadmap for vehicle telematics, from market strategy and product definition through customer validation, launch, and lifecycle management.

Senior Remote Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who we are

Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations™ Cloud, which is a platform that enables organizations that depend on physical operations to harness Internet of Things (IoT) data to develop actionable insights and improve their operations. At Samsara, we are helping improve the safety, efficiency and sustainability of the physical operations that power our global economy. Representing more than 40% of global GDP, these industries are the infrastructure of our planet, including agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing — and we are excited to help digitally transform their operations at scale.

Working at Samsara means you’ll help define the future of physical operations and be on a team that’s shaping an exciting array of product solutions, including Video-Based Safety, Vehicle Telematics, Apps and Driver Workflows, and Equipment Monitoring. As part of a recently public company, you’ll have the autonomy and support to make an impact as we build for the long term.

About the role

Vehicle Telematics is one of Samsara’s largest revenue-generating product lines, and telematics hardware, Vehicle Gateways, sensors, cabling, and accessories, is the foundation for nearly every Fleet experience across the Connected Operations Cloud. As Senior Product Manager for Telematics Hardware, you will own the hardware platform roadmap end to end: from market strategy and product definition through field validation, launch, and lifecycle management.

This is a customer-facing, revenue-driven role. You’ll spend meaningful time in the field with customers and the sales team, shaping solutions with operational executives, supporting strategic deals, and translating what you learn into a hardware platform strategy that grows one of Samsara’s largest businesses. You’ll champion the voice of the customer while ensuring our hardware portfolio is developed in alignment with the company’s growth strategy.

This is a remote position open to candidates based in the US.

You should apply if:

  • You want to impact the industries that run our world: Your efforts will result in real-world impact—helping to keep the lights on, get food into grocery stores, reduce emissions, and most importantly, ensure workers return home safely.
  • You are the architect of your own career: If you put in the work, this role won’t be your last at Samsara. We set up our employees for success and have built a culture that encourages rapid career development, countless opportunities to experiment and master your craft in a hyper growth environment.
  • You’re energized by our opportunity: The vision we have to digitize large sectors of the global economy requires your full focus and best efforts to bring forth creative, ambitious ideas for our customers.
  • You want to be with the best: At Samsara, we win together, celebrate together and support each other. You will be surrounded by a high-caliber team that will encourage you to do your best.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and execute the multi-year Telematics hardware platform roadmap — advanced IoT gateways, sensors, and associated cabling and accessories — from concept through end-of-life
  • Interface directly with operational executives at our customers and prospects: join sales on strategic opportunities, host executive briefings and field visits, and ensure customers’ ultimate success with our hardware
  • Carry commercial ownership for the hardware portfolio: revenue growth, attach rates, cost and margin targets, and the business cases behind every new product introduction
  • Align Sales, Marketing/GTM, Finance, Operations, and Engineering around a single hardware strategy — driving tradeoffs in features, cost, development risk, and schedule that the whole company can execute against
  • Drive field validation, sales readiness, and product launch activities in collaboration with Marketing, Engineering, and Operations
  • Partner with Applications Product Management teams to understand broader business and customer needs, enabling optimized solutions that span the cloud and edge devices
  • Leverage customer, market, and fleet data to prioritize effectively, establish the roadmap, and define long-term platform strategy
  • Mentor early-career PMs and help improve the practice of product management at Samsara
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • 7+ years in a product management role, with a significant portion spent on enterprise-grade, cloud-connected hardware products
  • BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical field
  • History of launching commercially successful enterprise IT and/or IoT hardware products
  • Experience managing commercial product lines at scale; $100M+ company or product line revenue
  • Excellent business acumen to navigate tradeoffs in features, cost, development risk, and performance
  • Demonstrated ability to align Sales, Marketing/GTM, Finance, Operations, and Engineering behind a product roadmap
  • Excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting to customers, partners, and internal audiences at all levels
  • Curiosity and a bias toward action while gleaning customer insights from field inspection, interviews, research, and data analytics

An ideal candidate also has:

  • 10+ years of product management experience with enterprise, cloud-connected hardware
  • A software or hardware engineering background with a transition into product management through work experience or an MBA
  • Knowledge of automotive and heavy-duty vehicle data connectivity (CAN bus, OBD-II/J1939), telematics, sensors, wireless, and edge AI
  • Familiarity with contract manufacturing, regulatory certification (FCC, PTCRB, carrier), and global supply chain operations
  • MBA a plus

About Us

Since its founding in 2017, Prometheum has leveraged its deep expertise in securities law, blockchain, and trading to create an SEC-registered and FINRA member ecosystem that enables all investors to seamlessly invest in crypto assets, including select cryptocurrency tokens, tokenized securities, and digitally-native securities. Prometheum has relied on its strong, diverse team to build the tools that service crypto assets. To date, Prometheum has built multiple broker-dealers traversing novel areas and a large technology stack (intersecting trading, blockchain, compliance, and more). We continue to grow and are looking for hardworking, hungry individuals who can contribute to our already great fintech company culture as we traverse new and exciting areas that require a thirst for solving complicated problems.

Role Details

Role: Senior Product Manager (Financial Services) - Full Time W2

Location: Fully remote, USA

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000

This role sits at the center of our trading operations, settlement, and treasury platform. You will own the products that move, allocate, reconcile, and report on cash and positions across firm, client, and venue accounts - the operational backbone that keeps our broker-dealers running.

Responsibilities

  • Own product areas end-to-end - across trading operations, settlement/clearing, and treasury & cash management - from discovery and requirements through launch, working closely with engineering and design in a fast-moving, startup environment.
  • Define and specify settlement, clearing, and reconciliation workflows, including end-of-day cash and position reporting, back-office, and reconciliation between internal ledgers and books-and-records systems.
  • Own treasury and cash-management features: bank and internal account provisioning, cash balances and positions, journal entries, and cash allocations across firm and client accounts.
  • Onboard and integrate trading venues and counterparties (exchanges, liquidity providers, clearing banks), including deposit/settlement account setup and correspondent clearing flows.
  • Partner with stakeholders, engineers, and designers to write clear Business Requirements (BRDs) and Product Requirements (PRDs) that translate business goals into actionable specs.
  • Serve as the product point of contact for operations, treasury, on post-trade, settlement, and cash-operations questions.
  • Define product features and roadmap priorities, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform scalability.
  • Maintain fluency in financial data structures (chart of accounts, account mappings, debit/credit posting logic) and validate changes across QA, UAT, and production.
  • Maintain clean, traceable documentation of features, user stories, and tasks in Jira and Confluence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (broker-dealers, financial institutions) to communicate requirements, manage timelines, and support testing.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, user guides, and release notes for platform updates and operational flows.
  • Track product metrics and use data to assess feature adoption, surface insights, and inform next priorities.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product management or business analysis, ideally at a fintech company, startup, or high-growth technology platform.
  • Hands-on experience with post-trade, settlement, clearing, or treasury/cash-management products at a broker-dealer, exchange, custodian, or fintech platform.
  • Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle and money movement — trade settlement, clearing, reconciliation, cash allocations, and end-of-day reporting.
  • Comfort working with financial ledgers and account structures (chart of accounts, debit/credit logic, reconciliations).
  • Comfortable with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product tooling (Jira, Confluence, product analytics platforms).
  • Awareness of regulated financial environments and compliance requirements (FINRA, SEC) is a plus, but a willingness to learn in a highly regulated space matters more than years in traditional finance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; you can work effectively with both engineers and business stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to write user stories, process flows, and product documentation that a cross-functional team can execute against.
  • Ability to translate complex financial or regulatory requirements into clear, shippable product specs.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience at a fintech startup, challenger bank, or 0→1 product environment where you helped build something from scratch.
  • Knowledge of digital assets, blockchain technology, or cryptocurrency platforms.
  • Familiarity with clearing and settlement systems, introducing broker relationships, or broker-dealer operations.
  • Familiarity with BAI/bank file formats, SFTP-based back-office exchange, or end-of-day reconciliation processes.
  • Exposure to SEC 15c3-3 reserve/PAB account concepts or other regulated cash-segregation requirements.
  • Experience onboarding exchange or liquidity-provider (venue) integrations.
  • Experience working with API integrations and modern web application architectures.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity — you know how to make progress when the path isn’t fully defined yet.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Health, Vision & Dental Insurance.
  • Fully remote position with equipment provided.
  • Stock Options.

Product Senior Product Manager– Network Discovery at IP Fabric

Lead the Network Discovery product area, making strategic product decisions and owning the roadmap for a critical platform foundation while working with engineering, UX, and customers.

Senior Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About IP Fabric

Join a pioneering force in network automation!

At IP Fabric, we enable people to uncover the truth about their networks. Built by network professionals and industry experts, our innovative solutions are transforming how enterprises manage their networks. As a post-Series B company, we’re expanding rapidly across Europe, the U.S., and beyond.

Senior Product Manager – Network Discovery

At IP Fabric, we help global enterprises uncover the truth about their networks. Our platform gives infrastructure, security, and operations teams the visibility they need to understand complex hybrid networks, reduce risk, and make better decisions.

We are expanding our Product team with a Senior Product Manager to lead the Network Discovery product area, one of the most critical foundations of our platform. Network Discovery is where IP Fabric earns trust: collecting, interpreting, normalising, and modelling network data across vendors, technologies, and environments.

This role is for a product leader with strong judgement, high ownership, and the ability to turn complex technical and customer problems into clear product decisions. You do not need to be a deep networking expert from day one, but you must be willing to go deep, learn fast, work closely with technical teams, and make sound decisions in ambiguity.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, pragmatic, and outcome-driven. Someone who does not wait for perfect information but can gather enough signal, make the right trade-offs, and move the product forward.

In this role, you will

  • Lead the Network Discovery product area, including discovery capabilities, vendor and technology support, data quality, scalability, and related platform foundations.

  • Make high-quality product decisions in complex and ambiguous situations, balancing customer needs, technical constraints, business impact, and long-term product direction.

  • Work hands-on with Engineering, UX, Field teams, and customers to understand problems deeply, validate priorities, and turn discovery insights into clear product scope.

  • Own roadmap decisions for your area, including what we build, what we defer, and what we deliberately choose not to do.

  • Drive measurable customer outcomes by improving the reliability, coverage, speed, and usefulness of IP Fabric’s network discovery capabilities.

  • Translate technical complexity into clear priorities, crisp problem statements, and actionable delivery plans.

  • Use customer evidence, product data, field input, and technical judgement to make prioritisation decisions, not just stakeholder pressure or the loudest request.

  • Partner closely with Engineering to shape solutions, manage trade-offs, and ensure we deliver product value with the right level of quality.

  • Raise the standard of product thinking across the organisation through clarity, ownership, and disciplined decision-making.

  • Use AI practically to improve product discovery, vendor support analysis, customer workflow understanding, prioritisation, documentation, and internal product practices.

We are looking for

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B, enterprise software, infrastructure, platform, security, observability, networking, or another technically complex domain.

  • Strong product judgement: you can distinguish urgent from important, customer pain from customer preference, and strategic opportunities from distractions.

  • High agency: you take ownership, create momentum, and do not wait for someone else to define the next step.

  • Hands-on product leadership: you are comfortable writing problem statements, analysing customer input, reviewing technical trade-offs, shaping scope, and driving alignment yourself.

  • Practical use of AI in product work: you actively use AI tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, writing, synthesis, prioritisation, prototyping, customer understanding, and decision support. You do not treat AI as a novelty; you use it as part of how you work, think, and increase your leverage.

  • Strong prioritisation skills in complex stakeholder environments, especially where customer requests, technical debt, platform needs, and commercial pressure compete.

  • Ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels, from product direction and roadmap trade-offs to specific feature scope, edge cases, and release readiness.

  • Customer fluency: you know how to speak with users, validate problems, identify patterns, and turn feedback into better product decisions.

  • Strong collaboration with Engineering: you can work with technical teams respectfully, challenge constructively, and make decisions that balance customer value with implementation reality.

  • Comfort with ambiguity: you can make progress without perfect data, while knowing when more discovery is needed before committing.

  • Clear communication: you can explain decisions, trade-offs, and priorities in a way that builds trust across Product, Engineering, GTM, and leadership.

  • Networking experience is valuable, but not mandatory. Curiosity, learning speed, technical humility, and the willingness to go deep matter more.

  • Experience applying AI/ML to product capabilities, customer workflows, automation, or internal product practices is highly valued.

What will make you successful

  • You will succeed in this role if you combine strong judgement with action. This is not a role for someone who only coordinates, collects requirements, or waits for consensus. We need a product leader who can understand the problem, form a point of view, test it with evidence, and drive the organisation toward better decisions.

  • The best person for this role will be curious enough to go deep, pragmatic enough to make trade-offs, and confident enough to take ownership of difficult product decisions.

Why IP Fabric

  • You will join IP Fabric at a pivotal stage of growth. Network assurance is becoming increasingly important as enterprise networks become more hybrid, distributed, regulated, and security-critical.

  • You will work on meaningful problems at the intersection of infrastructure, automation, compliance, security, and AI-assisted operations. You will have real ownership, direct access to customers and internal experts, and the opportunity to shape one of the core product areas of the company.

  • The position is remote-first and EU-based.

  • We welcome experienced Senior Product Managers ready to operate at Principal-level scope.

  • We value diverse perspectives, direct thinking, and leadership styles that raise the bar for the whole team.

Benefits & Perks

  • 25 days of holidays

  • Full remote role possible.

  • Anniversary rewards.

  • Collaboration with diverse, international teams.

  • Regular team and company events.

Join us to experience the unique culture of a founder-led startup, where from top to bottom everyone is hands-on and has a chance to make a tangible impact on influential enterprises worldwide. Being part of IP Fabric means being part of a flexible environment that prioritizes work-life balance and growth opportunities.
