Project Management Strategy & Operations Associate / Manager (Vertical AI B2B - Hybrid) at Momos

Identifies and drives resolution of high-impact cross-functional problems, builds processes and dashboards to support company scaling, and partners with leadership on strategic initiatives.

Mid Hybrid Posted 10 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Momos

Momos is building AI agents for unforgettable hospitality. Our agents power the end-to-end guest experience for some of the largest hospitality brands in the world, including Burger King and Popeyes—helping them understand their guests, resolve issues, strengthen relationships, and improve operations across thousands of locations.

We are an international company backed by leading global investors, and we are growing quickly.

Vietnam is at the center of that growth. We are building what we call our AI Village: a dense community of exceptionally smart, hungry, and AI-native people who want to build category-defining products together. Vietnam is already our largest and fastest-growing office. It is not a satellite office or an outsourced delivery center—it is a core part of Momos’ global strategy and where many of our most important teams and capabilities are being built.

About the role

We are looking for a heat-seeking missile for pain.

This is not a role with a neat box around it. You will go wherever the company’s hardest and most important problems are, figure out what is actually happening, and help solve them.

One month, you might launch a new operating process or help us enter a market. The next, you might diagnose why a key metric is underperforming, build the business case for a new initiative, unblock a cross-functional project, or turn a messy spreadsheet and five competing opinions into a clear decision.

You do not need to come from one specific background. You might be an ex-consultant, banker, business analyst, product manager, startup operator, or simply an unusually capable generalist. We care less about the label on your previous job than whether you can think clearly, learn quickly, use AI fluently, and take complete ownership of difficult problems.

This role is for someone who wants to eat, sleep, and breathe startups—not someone looking for a predictable lane or a perfectly defined job description.

What you’ll do

  • Find the highest-impact problems across the company and drive them through to resolution.
  • Break ambiguous questions into structured analyses, clear recommendations, and executable plans.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning product, go-to-market, finance, customer operations, and international expansion.
  • Build the models, dashboards, processes, and operating rhythms needed to help Momos scale.
  • Work closely with company leadership to evaluate opportunities and make important decisions.
  • Use AI aggressively to research, analyze, automate, prototype, and move faster.
  • Step into operational gaps when something important does not yet have a clear owner.

Experience

  • Associate: 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking or private equity, a business or product analyst role, or an operating role at a high-growth startup
  • Manager: 4–6 years in the same backgrounds, with a track record of owning ambiguous, cross-functional projects end-to-end and presenting directly to senior leadership — not just supporting someone else’s initiative

Core skills

  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Advanced Excel, plus working comfort with at least one data/BI tool (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools in day-to-day work — research, analysis, automation, or prototyping
  • Strong analytical thinking combined with a bias toward action

You might be a fit if

  • You are relentlessly resourceful and naturally gravitate toward difficult, messy problems.
  • You combine strong analytical thinking with a bias toward action.
  • You can move comfortably between strategy, data, process, and hands-on execution.
  • You communicate clearly and can bring structure to people with different perspectives.
  • You learn unusually quickly and do not need extensive instructions before getting started.
  • You hold a high bar for your own work and are willing to do whatever the problem requires.
  • You are genuinely excited about AI and already use it to improve how you think and work.
  • You want to build in person alongside an ambitious team in Vietnam.
  • You have experience in consulting, banking, business analysis, product, operations, or a high-growth startup—or can demonstrate equivalent horsepower through another path.

What success looks like

Within your first year, you will have solved several problems that materially changed how Momos operates or grows. You will become someone leadership and teams trust with the company’s most important, ambiguous, and cross-functional challenges.

The scope and level of the role—Associate or Manager—will be calibrated to the experience and capabilities of the person we hire.

Why Join Momos?

  • Mission-driven, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Collaborative, flat company culture
  • Comprehensive private health insurance
  • Discretionary trips to our offices worldwide, with global travel medical coverage
  • Cross-cultural team bonding and networking

Equal Opportunity

Momos is an equal-opportunity workplace that embraces diversity and different cultures. We started as an international company and know that building an organization with diverse experiences, perspectives, and opinions allows our team to grow and excel.

What this role involves

About Us

At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the world’s largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company.

At Cloudflare, we’re not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; we’re looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a “normalized” problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If you’re the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you’ll fit right in.

About the Team

The Strategy organization operates as a high-velocity engine at the intersection of business, technology, and go-to-market execution, driving enterprise growth, global expansion, market innovation, and strategic execution. Our multi-disciplinary team spans seven core strategic pillars: Network & Infrastructure Strategy, Industry Solutions, Strategic Partnerships, International Expansion, Executive Customer Engagements, Corporate Development & M&A, and the new business model of the Internet. As primary connective tissue across the enterprise, we collaborate closely with Sales, Product & Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Policy to translate corporate vision into measurable, real-world execution.

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptionally sharp, technically fluent Chief of Staff to serve as a key surrogate and strategic partner to our Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). You will ensure that departmental goals are prioritized, investments are optimized, and that teams are well aligned to deliver results. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, possesses deep technical product fluency, and brings the sharp business acumen required to step into the room on the CSO’s behalf at a moment’s notice.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Advisory: Partner closely with the CSO as a strategic sounding board, leveraging data and sharp business instincts to simplify complex problems and keep executive focus on high-impact priorities.
  • Executive Communications & Writing: Translate high-level strategic vision, enterprise narratives, and complex technical data into executive and client-ready slide decks and comprehensive prep materials for high-stakes meetings. • Technical & Product Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to understand our core product suite, navigate technical dependencies, and align cross-functional execution.

Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Relevant Experience: 10+ years of combined experience across Investment Banking or Management Consulting and Big Tech, holding roles such as Technical Assistant, Product Manager, Business Development, Chief of Staff or similar.
  • Technical Aptitude & Product Fluency: Deep technical foundation with the ability to quickly grasp and translate complex technical concepts and products, effectively collaborating with engineering and technical product leaders.
