What this role involves

About the role

Marketing Coordinator - Legaltech SaaS

  • Permanent, Full-time, Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

Location: Dublin, Ireland

About LEAP

LEAP is the global leader in Legal Practice Productivity Solutions and part of ATI, one of the largest international LegalTech companies. For more than 30 years we have been developing innovative technology that helps lawyers run more efficient and profitable law firms.

Our mission is simple: to help lawyers who help people.

Our market-leading software is used by more than 100,000 lawyers and legal professionals in small and medium-sized law firms worldwide. With more than 1,000 employees across Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Poland and New Zealand, LEAP is a fast-growing global technology business where ambitious people thrive.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive, organised Marketing Executive to join our Dublin team and get involved across events, digital campaigns and client communications.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who’s keen to build their experience quickly and gain exposure to a broad range of marketing activities.

You’ll be part of a small, close-knit team in Dublin, while also working closely with a large global marketing function. That means you’ll get the best of both worlds: the pace, variety and ownership that comes with a smaller team, alongside the resources, expertise and opportunities of a global business.

What you’ll do

Events

  • Supporting LEAP’s presence at industry events and conferences across Ireland, from initial planning through to on-the-day delivery
  • Organising merchandise, exhibition stands and event materials, ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time
  • Coordinating with event organisers, venues and internal teams including New Business, Customer Success and Operations
  • Attending events to represent LEAP, speaking with solicitors and firm owners, answering questions and helping them get a feel for who we are. This isn’t a sales role, but you’ll need to be confident starting conversations and engaging with new people

Digital Campaigns

  • Working with the wider Marketing team to strengthen LEAP’s position as a leading premium legal software brand in Ireland
  • Supporting the delivery of digital campaigns across platforms including Pardot, Salesforce, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and social media
  • Helping to build, launch and monitor campaigns designed to generate new business leads
  • Reviewing campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve results

Client Communications

  • Working closely with Operations and Customer Success to deliver clear, engaging communications to existing LEAP clients
  • Promoting events, webinars, product updates and new features to our client base
  • Helping create useful content that enables clients to get more value from LEAP
  • Supporting the monthly client newsletter and other ongoing client communications

What you’ll bring

  • A qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and a genuine willingness to learn
  • Confidence working independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Desirable

  • Experience using marketing automation or CRM platforms such as Pardot, Salesforce or similar
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads or paid social campaigns
  • Previous experience in professional services, legal, B2B or software marketing
  • A full driving licence to support travel to events when required

o   LEAP is an inclusive, people-first company committed to breaking down institutional barriers that keep people from reaching their potential. If you meet some, but not all of the requirements above, we encourage you to still submit your application.

What you’ll get

Career & Growth

  • Generous professional development fund
  • Support for training, learning, and career progression

Health & Wellbeing

  • Private health insurance (including dental and optical)
  • €93 monthly gym contribution
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Life insurance cover

Financial Benefits

  • 8% employer pension contribution
  • PerkBox membership with discounts and rewards
  • Cycle to Work scheme

Time off

  • 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
  • Enhanced parental leave
