It’s crucial for every candidate that they can check off all of these boxes

Enterprise Account Executive drives revenue growth by expanding Chaos software solutions within high-potential enterprise accounts through strategic upsells, cross-sells, and relationship management.

Mid Hybrid Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Description

**This position is based in the UK with remote working options. Applicants must hold a valid work/residence permit for the respective location.**

Chaos is a leading global software company that provides world-class visualization and design solutions, empowering creative minds to bring ideas to life.

For over twenty years, Chaos has developed innovative technologies serving multiple industries, including architecture and design, media and entertainment, and product e-commerce. Chaos’ solutions help architects, designers, VFX artists/animators, and other creative professionals share ideas, optimize workflows, and create immersive experiences.

Headquartered in Karlsruhe, Germany, Chaos is a global company with offices in 11 cities worldwide. In 2022, Chaos and Enscape merged, bringing together two industry-leading companies into one. Since then, Chaos has continued to grow with the additions of Cylindo, AXYZ Design, and Evolve Lab, further expanding our expertise and solutions across architecture, design, e-commerce, and AI. For more information, please visit chaos.com.

Role Overview

The Enterprise Account Executive is an individual contributor responsible for driving revenue growth within a dedicated portfolio of high-potential enterprise accounts across the AEC sector. The role focuses on expanding Chaos’s footprint within existing accounts through strategic upsell, cross-sell, and solution adoption, while building deep, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders. Working as part of the global enterprise sales team and reporting to the Director, Enterprise Sales, this role contributes directly to ARR growth targets through disciplined pipeline management and the execution of complex, high-value expansion deals. This role requires a commercially sharp enterprise sales professional with deep knowledge of AEC workflows and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Owns the end-to-end growth strategy for a select portfolio of high-potential AEC accounts (characterized by low current penetration relative to their potential spend). Develops and executes plans to maximize ARR through strategic upsell, cross-sell, and solution adoption.

  • Cultivates and expands relationships with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers within assigned accounts globally, aligning Chaos solutions with their core business objectives and long-term strategic vision.

  • Creates and presents compelling ROI and business value analyses to justify significant new investments in the Chaos ecosystem, focusing on demonstrating measurable impact on the client’s AEC workflows.

  • Leads the negotiation and closing of complex, multi-year expansion deals globally, navigating diverse procurement and legal processes unique to large AEC firms.

  • Identifies opportunities for workflow transformation within client organizations, positioning Chaos as integral to their design and visualization processes.

  • Develops and manages a robust, long-term sales pipeline for the assigned portfolio, providing accurate and reliable forecasting for expansion revenue.

  • Maintains expertise on global AEC industry trends, digital transformation initiatives, competitive landscapes, and client innovation priorities to proactively identify and seize growth opportunities.

Requirements

Required Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or business development within the AEC sector or an adjacent technology environment.

  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding expansion and net-new revenue targets in a complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales environment: able to speak to the numbers, what was planned, and what was delivered.

  • Proven experience managing and growing a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, with clear ownership of upsell and cross-sell outcomes across long sales cycles.

  • Deep familiarity with AEC workflows, digital design and visualisation technologies, including BIM and real-time rendering, and SaaS licensing models.

  • Experience negotiating and closing complex, multi-year enterprise contracts, including development of executive-level business cases demonstrating TCO and ROI.

Required Skills

  • Navigates complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with commercial sharpness and discipline: manages long sales cycles without losing momentum, and closes with consistency.

  • Builds credible, trusted relationships with C-level and senior executive stakeholders, engaging at the level of business strategy rather than product features.

  • Develops rigorous account plans and pipeline strategies, using data and account intelligence to identify where to invest time and where to expand coverage.

  • Creates commercial momentum proactively, surfaces new expansion opportunities and builds pipeline rather than waiting for demand to appear.

  • Applies intellectual curiosity and second-order thinking to get beneath the surface of a client’s needs, uncovering the true business pain points that shape a winning solution.

  • Translates complex technical capabilities into clear business value narratives that resonate with both technical users and executive decision-makers.

  • Operates with a high degree of autonomy and self-discipline: manages territory, pipeline, and stakeholder relationships without close oversight

  • Reads sales data, pipeline metrics, and market signals accurately, and uses that intelligence to prioritise effort and inform forecasting.

  • Fluency in English is required.

We welcome people who value teamwork, stick to their commitments and are curious to explore new ways for achieving mastery. If you believe that you are a good match for the job, just send us your CV in English.

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Confidentiality of all applications is assured.

What this role involves

Who We Are

Derivative Path empowers institutions across the capital markets with innovative, AI-driven technology and expert advisory solutions. Our award-winning cloud platform supports banks, credit unions, private equity firms, hedge funds, asset managers, and insurance companies in managing interest rate, FX, and commodity risks, optimizing hedging strategies, and streamlining cross-border payments. With a client base spanning over 250 financial institutions and leading private equity firms, we deliver scalable solutions that enhance risk management and drive operational performance. Through strategic partnerships with Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo, FNBO, Q2, and Jack Henry, we provide best-in-class capabilities to help clients achieve their financial objectives in an ever-evolving market.

With a team of seasoned professionals comprised of decades of industry experience, Derivative Path offers a flexible, hybrid work environment to its 125+ employees with the ability to work remotely in Canada. The Company is dedicated to building a diverse environment and has an unwavering commitment to creating a sense of belonging for all employees.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an Applied AI Engineer to join the AI Lab team within DerivativeEDGE. Reporting to the AI Lab lead, you will work closely with Engineering, Product, and domain experts to design, build, and ship AI-powered features in a complex, high-stakes financial environment. This is a hands-on engineering role. You will move between experimentation and production, work through ambiguous problems, and deliver AI capabilities that real clients use. Generic approaches do not get you far here. The expectation is that you learn the domain, move with urgency, and build things that hold up. The core of this role sits at the intersection of Generative AI, Agentic Workflows, and Data Engineering: building LLM-powered solutions, designing agents that can reason and act across complex workflows, and making sure the right data is available to support it all. Applied to financial derivatives, these are genuinely hard problems worth solving.

What You Will Do

  • Build and ship LLM-powered features across the DerivativeEDGE platform, working directly with domain experts to translate complex financial workflows into reliable AI capabilities.
  • Design and implement agentic workflows that can reason, act, and recover gracefully across multi-step processes in a production environment.
  • Own the data engineering layer that feeds AI systems: pipelines, retrieval architectures, context design, and data quality.
  • Move fluidly between experimentation and production. You will prototype quickly, evaluate honestly, and know when something is ready to ship.
  • Contribute to the AI Lab’s broader technical direction, including evaluations, tooling, MLOps practices, and the patterns the team builds on.
  • Depending on where projects take you, work may also touch NLP, model fine-tuning, synthetic data, or reinforcement learning. Curiosity and a willingness to build in new areas are expected

About You

  • You are someone who moves with purpose. You form a view based on what you know, test it against reality, and adjust as you learn. Ambiguity is not a blocker for you; it is just the nature of early-stage problems.
  • You are hands-on by preference. Writing code, building pipelines, running experiments: that is where you do your best thinking.
  • You are a quick study. Financial derivatives is a specialized domain and we do not expect you to know it coming in. What we do expect is genuine curiosity, because the depth you develop here will directly shape the quality of what you build.
  • You stay constructive. This is a team working on consequential problems in a demanding environment. When things go sideways, you focus on the path forward. Collaboration and good energy matter.
  • You are pragmatic about tools and languages. You reach for whatever the project calls for and stay open to better options as they emerge.

Qualifications

  • Building with LLMs: prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, agents, or inference pipelines
  • Data engineering: designing and building pipelines that feed real workflows
  • ML or data science work, especially in complex or data-constrained environments
  • Working knowledge of Python and common AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, or similar)
  • MLOps or production AI experience: getting models out of notebooks and into the real world
  • Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Experience with reinforcement learning or financial derivatives is a bonus, not a baseline.

Location

  • Canada

Benefits

  • Competitive bonus, base salary, and equity compensation
  • 23 days of PTO
  • Fully remote
  • RRSP contribution at 3%
  • Competitive health benefits

The expected salary for this position is $110k - $150k CAD and is eligible for a discretionary bonus and equity. We will consider your skills, experience, and location when determining your pay.
