Operations Harney & Sons Fine Teas: Associate – ERP Operations (SAP Business One)

Manages SAP Business One ERP system, builds automated workflows connecting business systems, analyzes operational data, and creates reports to streamline tea production and distribution operations.

Mid Onsite Posted 1 day ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Millerton, NY
URL: https://www.harney.com

About the role

Harney & Sons has been making and selling fine tea from Millerton, New York for over four decades. We are family-owned, we are growing, and we run our business through a single ERP system: tea production and blending, direct-store-delivery truck distribution, a Shopify storefront, and wholesale accounts across the country and overseas.

This role sits at the center of that. You will work inside SAP Business One to build the processes, reports, and tools the business runs on, and you will learn how tea gets blended, packed, loaded onto a truck, and delivered.

A meaningful share of the work is hands-on building. Our systems have to talk to each other — the ERP, the storefront, the shipping and distribution side — and the automations that connect them need someone who can write the queries and scripts behind them and prove they actually work.

You will report directly to the Director of ERP and Manufacturing Operations. The team is small, so your work is visible and you will see the results of what you build.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain processes in SAP Business One to support and streamline business operations..
  • Build, test, and maintain automated workflows and integrations that move data between SAP Business One and the other systems in the tech stack, including writing the SQL and scripts they depend on.
  • Continually validate results of queries, workflows, dashboards, and other automations to ensure that business decisions are being made with accurate information.
  • Analyze operational data to surface trends and track down anomalies, then explain what you found.
  • Spot gaps and friction in operations and proactively develop tech-driven solutions to streamline processes.
  • Create reports and dashboards for increased business insights, while tracking adoption and end-user usage.
  • Train end users, write the documentation, and measure adoption rates.
  • Learn the Harney & Sons operation (production, distribution, ecommerce, and wholesale) well enough to spot problems before anyone files a ticket.
  • When we work with outside implementation consultants, document requirements, track deliverables, and flag slippage early.
  • Write clear progress updates and brief the departments affected by what you are building.

Who we are looking for

  • You like taking apart how something works and figuring out why it breaks.
  • You thrive in a cross-functional, collaborative work environment.
  • You have already outgrown spreadsheets for the harder problems and reach for code when it is the better tool.
  • You have strong communication skills and can communicate technical information in simple terms.
  • You follow through: a small improvement that actually ships beats a big plan that never does.
  • You can proactively spot and address errors and inefficiencies.
  • You do not trust your own output until you have tested it. You care about data being right, and about keeping it secure.
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, accounting, supply chain, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience.

Technical skills we need

  • SQL. You can write joins and aggregations, read someone else’s query, and work out why a result set has the wrong row count. You do not need to be a database administrator.
  • Scripting, ideally Python. Enough to read, modify, and debug a script that transforms data or calls an API, and enough appetite to write your own from scratch.
  • APIs. A working understanding of requests and responses, authentication, pagination, and what happens when a call fails halfway through a batch.
  • A testing instinct. When you build something that moves data, you should already be wondering how you would prove it moved the data correctly.

Helpful, but not required

  • ERP exposure. Any system counts: SAP Business One, NetSuite, Dynamics, Acumatica, Epicor, or even a warehouse or accounting system you had to bend to your will.
  • Integration or workflow automation platforms. Any low-code tool where you assemble a data flow visually but still write the logic and the queries underneath it.
  • SAP Business One Service Layer or DI API, or any ERP’s API for reading and writing records programmatically.
  • Reporting tools. Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Crystal Reports or SAP Business One Query Manager.
  • Manufacturing, food and beverage, or distribution experience, particularly anything involving lot codes, expiration dating, or traceability.

Operations Executive Assistant & Office Manager at Enterpret

Executive assistant and office manager supporting the CEO while managing NYC office operations, people logistics, vendor relationships, and company-wide administrative systems.

Mid Onsite Posted 7 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Enterpret

As the world moves to AI native applications, one element matters more than anything: the data.

At Enterpret, we are unlocking the most impactful dataset for businesses, customer feedback. We centralize feedback across every source, like Twitter, Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack, Intercom, community forums, surveys, and Gong calls, into a single knowledge graph. On top of it we build an adaptive taxonomy for each customer and an agent platform that lets teams query, monitor, and act on customer intelligence wherever they work, whether that’s inside Enterpret, in Slack, or in their own AI tools through our MCP server.

Our customers include companies like Canva, Notion, WisprFlow, ElevenLabs, OpenRouter, Western Union, and several other Product Led Growth decacorns and F500 companies.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner directly with our CEO as the primary point of leverage on his time — own his calendar, inbox triage, travel, and meeting prep so his focus stays on the highest-priority and most urgent work.
  • Run the day-to-day of our New York office — manage vendors, supplies, facilities, and building relationships so the space is welcoming, well-stocked, and somewhere the team genuinely wants to be.
  • Plan and execute in-office events, team gatherings, and offsites that keep the office vibe strong and make NYC a great place to work from.
  • Own People Operations logistics end-to-end: onboarding new hires, offboarding departures, provisioning and collecting devices, and keeping our people systems accurate and running smoothly.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, People, and the founding team on expense tracking, budgets, and the operational systems that keep the company moving.
  • Build and improve the administrative systems and processes that scale with us — anticipating needs and solving problems before they surface.
  • Handle sensitive information and communications with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.

What It Takes

  • 5+ years in a blended executive assistant, office management, or operations role, ideally at a fast-paced startup or tech company.
  • 3+ years supporting a founder or senior executive where you’ve owned their time end-to-end and been trusted with high-stakes, confidential work.
  • A track record of running office operations, vendor relationships, and events — you make order out of chaos and take pride in a well-run space.
  • Hands-on experience with People Ops fundamentals: onboarding, offboarding, device lifecycle, and HRIS hygiene.
  • Fluency across the modern operating stack — Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and common expense, travel, and calendar tools — and comfort adopting AI tools to move faster.
  • A track record of mentoring, partnering, and collaborating across teams, with the judgment to represent the CEO and the company professionally.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity — you can context-switch quickly, reprioritize on the fly, and stay calm when plans change.

Why Enterpret?

  • High Impact: Directly multiply the time and focus of Enterpret’s CEO and keep our New York office running at its best — your work compounds across the entire company.
  • Ownership: End-to-end responsibility for the CEO’s time, the office, and the operations you run.
  • Complex Challenges: Juggle competing priorities across executive support, office management, and people operations — no two days look the same.
  • Growth: Learn and grow with a high-caliber team, with room to expand into people operations, business operations, or chief-of-staff-style work over time.
  • Culture: Open, collaborative, and values-driven environment with autonomy.
  • Benefits: Competitive salary, equity, hybrid work setup, premium healthcare, and more.

What We Value

At Enterpret, we operate with a deep sense of ownership — we play for the team and do what it takes to win together. We care personally for our teammates while pushing each other with honest, actionable feedback. Above all, we approach everything with humility and a drive to keep learning and getting better.

Equal Opportunities

We are an equal opportunity employer. We ensure that none of our employees or prospective employees receives less favourable treatment as a result of age, sex, disability, marital status, colour, race, religion or ethnic origin. Equally we aim to ensure that no such employee is disadvantaged by terms and conditions of employment which cannot be justified.

What this role involves

About Us

At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the world’s largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company.

At Cloudflare, we’re not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; we’re looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a “normalized” problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If you’re the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you’ll fit right in.

Available Locations: Austin, TX

Role Summary

As a Product Security Engineer, you will support security assessments and vulnerability operations for Cloudflare’s core software products. In this role, you will analyze system architecture, threat model new features, and ensure that product-related security findings are accurately triaged, routed to the correct engineering owners, and mitigated within our SLAs.

On any given day, you might conduct a deep-dive security review on a new feature design, triage a complex bug bounty submission, or work directly with engineering teams to resolve vulnerabilities from different sources like bug bounties, SAST, fuzzing and penetration tests. You will also work autonomously to identify areas where our manual processes slow down. You will write code and integrate AI/LLM solutions to automate initial triage and data enrichment, building tools that help the team handle security findings at scale. In short, your work will sit at the intersection of Product Security, Vulnerability Operations, and internal AI Tooling. Ideally, you have experience in conducting academic/vulnerability research with a focus on systems security.

Responsibilities

  • Implement AI Security Solutions: Identify process bottlenecks and build AI-driven tools or scripts to help automate code analysis, optimize triage, and streamline Product Security workflows.
  • Security Reviews & Threat Modeling: Conduct structured security reviews and threat modeling sessions (e.g., STRIDE) across product features, defining security requirements early in the development lifecycle.
  • Product Vulnerability Management: Manage the operational lifecycle of product security findings. Ensure vulnerabilities are verified, mapped to the correct engineering owner, and tracked to mitigation in alignment with established SLAs.
  • Bug Bounty Triage: Perform the technical triage and validation of Cloudflare’s external Bug Bounty submissions, verifying exploitability and evaluating business risk.
  • Pentest Coordination: Support internal and external penetration testing engagements by reviewing findings, clarifying technical context, and assisting development teams with remediation strategies.
  • Engineering Collaboration: Partner closely with DevOps and product teams, acting as a reliable security point of contact and helping developers implement secure coding practices.

Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Product/AppSec Expertise: 5+ years of experience in Product or Application Security within large-scale distributed cloud environments or SaaS platforms.
  • Practical AI & Automation Engineering: Demonstrated ability to build production-grade automation scripts and tools. Must possess hands-on engineering experience leveraging AI/LLMs to solve operational or technical challenges.
  • Threat Modeling & Risk Analysis: Competency in threat modeling methodologies and the ability to evaluate code flaws to determine their actual engineering and security impact.
  • Vulnerability Lifecycle Operations: Experience tracking, routing, and driving the remediation of software vulnerabilities across engineering groups while working against defined SLAs.
  • Strong Collaboration & Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, clearly communicating technical security risks to software engineers and resolving ownership ambiguity constructively.

Bonus points

  • Offensive Security Tooling: Familiarity with modern exploitation techniques, fuzzing frameworks, or automated scanning utilities.
  • Program Management Experience: Experience scaling crowdsourced security programs (e.g., HackerOne, Bugcrowd) or optimizing agile project management workflows within JIRA.
  • Experience in integrating hardware security features into production code bases
