Leads marketplace growth strategy by connecting donor acquisition and teacher engagement to drive platform performance and organizational mission impact.
DonorsChoose is an education nonprofit ensuring every US public school student has the classroom resources they need to learn, grow, and thrive.
Founded by a teacher in 2000, DonorsChoose connects educators with a nationwide community of supporters who believe investing in students today will transform tomorrow. Educators request the materials they know their students need, and donors can choose the classroom, community, or cause they want to support. Since our founding, donors have supported 90% of US public schools. Every request is vetted, resources are delivered to classrooms, and donors can see the impact of their support through transparent reporting and updates from students and teachers. Raising $1.9 billion for classrooms, DonorsChoose has earned top ratings from Charity Navigator, GuideStar, and CharityWatch for its transparency, trust, and impact. Our dedicated team works from across the United States to turn resources into opportunities for students and teachers.
The Marketing team helps more people discover, support, and return to DonorsChoose to ensure teachers across the country can access the resources their students need. By connecting donor generosity with teacher needs, Marketing strengthens the DonorsChoose Marketplace and advances the organization’s mission of expanding educational opportunity for students in every community.
Working closely with Product, Development, Analytics, and Executive Leadership, Marketing connects donor needs with organizational priorities to strengthen the DonorsChoose Marketplace and expand opportunities for teachers and classrooms nationwide.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role serves as Marketing’s primary strategic partner to Product, shaping Marketplace investment priorities and ensuring product strategy is informed by donor needs, teacher insights, market opportunities, and measurable business outcomes. The Vice President leads an integrated Marketplace Growth organization—including Digital Growth & Marketing, Product Marketing, and Mid-Level Giving—aligning these functions around a shared growth strategy that attracts new donors, deepens engagement, increases donor lifetime value, and strengthens the overall health of the Marketplace.
As a key member of the Marketing leadership team, this role partners closely with leaders across Product, Development, Analytics, Finance, and Executive Leadership to align priorities, make strategic tradeoff decisions, and ensure Marketplace investments deliver meaningful results for both teachers and donors.
Success in this role requires balancing immediate fundraising opportunities with the long-term health of the Marketplace, building strong cross-functional partnerships, and fostering a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement. Success is measured not only by Marketplace growth, but by how effectively that growth expands educational opportunity for teachers and students across the country.

Today the company runs one of the world’s largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company.
At Cloudflare, we’re not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; we’re looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a "normalized" problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If you’re the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you’ll fit right in.
Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Sales Operations - all working together help our customers adopt Cloudflare and create great Internet-enabled experiences.
The sales team at Cloudflare helps customers solve real, technical problems while creating the revenue streams that help the company provide free service to millions in our community.
We are seeking a Country Leader to lead our India market strategy, drive enterprise expansion and scale our local organization. This role requires a broad business generalist with experience spanning pre & post sales, HR, finance and operations.
What Makes Cloudflare Special?
We’re not just a highly ambitious, large-scale technology company. We’re a highly ambitious, large-scale technology company with a soul. Fundamental to our mission to help build a better Internet is protecting the free and open Internet.
Project Galileo: Since 2014, we've equipped more than 2,400 journalism and civil society organizations in 111 countries with powerful tools to defend themselves against attacks that would otherwise censor their work, technology already used by Cloudflare’s enterprise customers--at no cost.
Athenian Project: In 2017, we created the Athenian Project to ensure that state and local governments have the highest level of protection and reliability for free, so that their constituents have access to election information and voter registration. Since the project, we've provided services to more than 425 local government election websites in 33 states.
1.1.1.1: We released 1.1.1.1 to help fix the foundation of the Internet by building a faster, more secure and privacy-centric public DNS resolver. This is available publicly for everyone to use - it is the first consumer-focused service Cloudflare has ever released. Here’s the deal - we don’t store client IP addresses never, ever. We will continue to abide by our privacy commitment and ensure that no user data is sold to advertisers or used to target consumers.
Sound like something you’d like to be a part of? We’d love to hear from you!
Please note that applicants who progress to the offer stage of the interview process may be asked to attend an in-person interview within one of the Cloudflare Offices or Cloudflare Hubs. More details about this will be available at that stage of the interview process.

Remote - U.S. & Canada Only | Full-Time
Compensation:
OTE $125,000 - $175,000 USD/CAD (Salary + Commission)
We’re Not Looking for Someone to Manage the Pipeline. We’re Looking for a Closer Who Can Shape It.
Level Agency is hiring a Vice President of Sales to lead complex pursuits, win high-value accounts, and build the sales systems that fuel our next stage of growth.
This is not a role for someone who needs a C-level executive to step in when the deal gets complicated. This is for a proven seller who can earn trust with senior decision-makers, lead a six- or seven-figure opportunity from first conversation through signed agreement, and coordinate the internal team required to win.
You’ll take ownership of Level’s most strategic opportunities, including executive referrals, high-potential prospects, RFPs, and “house accounts” that have traditionally gone directly to senior leadership. You’ll also oversee our inbound and SDR functions and shape our outbound strategy in partnership with the CRO.
You’ll sell sophisticated, customized marketing services to organizations with complex goals, multiple stakeholders, and high expectations. That means understanding the client’s business, asking better questions, assembling the right solution, navigating procurement and internal politics, and creating enough confidence for the buyer to move forward.
Success in this role means Level is consistently winning the right clients, our pipeline is healthy and credible, our sales team is operating with focus, and executives no longer need to quarterback every major opportunity.
This role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
This Isn’t for Everyone.
We’re building something rare: a place where growth, truth, and high performance go hand-in-hand.
You’ll thrive here if:
✅ You have personally closed six- and seven-figure B2B services engagements.
✅ You know how to sell complex, customized solutions—not just software licenses or standardized packages.
✅ You understand how buyers in industries such as B2B, education, healthcare, financial services, ecommerce, and other considered-purchase categories make decisions.
✅ You can build credibility with executives, uncover the real business problem, and connect Level’s capabilities to outcomes that matter.
✅ You are comfortable owning the entire sales process, including qualification, discovery, solution development, proposals, negotiation, procurement, and close.
✅ You can lead internal teams through influence, create clarity, and keep a pursuit moving without formal authority over every contributor.
✅ You know how to balance hands-on selling with sales leadership, pipeline strategy, forecasting, coaching, and process improvement.
✅ You use data, technology, and AI to improve how you research accounts, prepare for meetings, develop solutions, and move opportunities forward.
And you’ll struggle here if:
❌ Your largest wins depended on an executive stepping in to lead the strategy, pitch, or negotiation.
❌ Your experience is limited to transactional sales, short sales cycles, or highly standardized products.
❌ You confuse a large pipeline with a strong pipeline.
❌ You avoid difficult qualification decisions or keep weak opportunities alive to protect your forecast.
❌ You rely on charisma without disciplined discovery, preparation, follow-through, and commercial judgment.
❌ You need direct authority to align people and move work forward.
❌ You are more interested in managing sellers than personally winning business.
❌ You treat AI as a novelty rather than a practical tool for improving sales performance.
We’re an AI-powered performance marketing agency—built for precision, designed to scale, and powered by a scientific mindset. At Level, we blend strategy, media, creative, and machine intelligence to deliver outcomes that matter. Every time. At scale.
We’ve been named one of Pittsburgh’s Best Places to Work and an Inc. 500 Fastest-Growing Company. Our clients span B2B, education, healthcare, financial services, ecommerce, and more.
As Vice President of Sales, you’ll own Level’s most strategic and complex revenue opportunities while helping lead the systems, people, and processes behind our broader sales function.
You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for high-stakes pursuits and lead the full sales process from qualification through negotiation and close. You’ll also oversee inbound and outbound functions, manage our Inbound Manager and SDR resources, and partner with the CRO to develop a modern, high-impact outbound strategy.
You’ll:
Travel is required and may include client meetings, company events, pitches, conferences, and industry events. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on deal activity and business needs.
At Level, AI is a skillset—not a shortcut. In this role, AI fluency is not optional. You’ll be expected to use AI to improve the quality, speed, rigor, and leverage of how you sell.
You’ll be expected to:
We don’t do “that’s not my job.” We win together, step in where needed, and care more about the outcome than the org chart.
We want the feedback—even when it stings. We test, learn, adapt, and keep raising the bar.
Activity is nothing without outcomes. We care about the work that moves the business forward.
We challenge assumptions, follow the data, and tell clients what they need to hear—not just what is easy to say.
At Level, we support our people across the U.S. and Canada with benefits designed to promote flexibility, wellbeing, and long-term growth.
This role is open to U.S. and Canada residents and is fully remote. Travel is required and may include client meetings, company events, pitches, conferences, and industry events. Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required based on active deal cycles.
We are unable to sponsor visas at this time.
We are committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Level is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer—we celebrate what makes you, you.
Level Agency provides reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities during the recruitment process. If you require an accommodation, please let us know during your application or interview process.

We are looking for evidence—not sales theater. Tell us what you sold, who you sold it to, how you shaped the opportunity, and what you personally did to get the deal across the line.
We care more about your ability to build trust, navigate complexity, and close the right business than whether your career path has been perfectly linear.
Let’s build something together.
We use AI-assisted tools to support parts of our hiring process, including resume screening and interview note-taking or summarization. These tools support, but do not replace, human judgment. All hiring decisions are made by Level’s hiring team.
