Responsibilities and Duties:

You should be able to deliver on the following expertly and consistently:

• Develop NIST 800-53 Rev5 based System Security Plan (SSP).
• Create/Update the applicable documents identified by NIST 800-53 Rev 5, specifically the Security Assessment Report (SAR).

• Develop new, and mature existing information security and risk policies.
• Initiate, and lead on-going information security maturity assessment processes and training, using industry accepted frameworks and implement into the overall cyber security posture.

• Maintain knowledge of threat landscape by monitoring threat intelligence, and other related sources.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Rightway exists to make pharmacy benefits fair, transparent, and easier to navigate. This role sits on the Rightway Operations team and is a member of the front line of that mission: the first point of contact for members, providers, and pharmacies with questions about benefits, prior authorization, claims, and clinical program enrollment. You’ll work across phone, chat, and email applying the same standard of empathy and root cause problem solving no matter the channel a member chooses.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members, providers, and pharmacies across phone, chat, email, and written correspondence, delivering timely and accurate support regardless of communication channel.
• Field and resolve inquiries related to mail order, benefit design, formulary coverage, medication cost, prior authorization criteria, and claims adjudication.

WHO YOU ARE:

Summary of the Role

M-Files is building a company-wide capability to operationalize AI, turning promising LLM prototypes into secure, reliable, maintainable internal tools that materially improve how teams work. This role sits within the Internal AI Solution Development team and functions as a hands-on builder, partnering with business leaders across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and other business functions to identify high-value workflows that can be accelerated with AI, reshape the underlying processes where needed, and build, deploy, and operate AI-enabled solutions end-to-end.

Job Title: Speech-Language Therapist (SLT)

Location: Remote. St. Stephens Indian School

Work Schedule: Remote - 4 days per week, 7 hours per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments to identify communication deficits in students, including articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders.
• Provide direct speech/language therapy to students on a regular basis, adjusting interventions to meet evolving needs.
